| Item : Takanayagi Family HeirloomDescription : This Heirloom was once the grandfather to Ichiro Takanayagi the grand father of Shuyin Takanayagi and father to Saiga and Jasriel Takanayagi. The Original Owners name is Shoichiro Takanayagi. A Man of great prowess in the families Sacred Arts the one of which is said to be the only one to have reached the sense of enlightenment to achieve true Mastery over the Inner Strength that each member of the Takanayagi Family is born to master, Sei. Sei is the positive Ki where the bodies strength is drawn from their calm aura they can produce despite their outer appearance of being conflicted or angered their mind remaining calm in any situation that has rinsen. Shoichiro Takanayagi was once said to have never lost a fight during his time as a Shinobi and Samurai for Kusagakure. This Heirloom is said to have the strength of each of the forefathers that had bared this ring inside it, granting a sense of constant clarity and calming aura about the barer. The scripture upon the outer rim of the ring etched in the Old Dialect of Kusagakures Natives far before the beginning of strife and war where times of agriculture and growth were the sole reason of survival this Ring; it reads : " Strength Within To Grant Retribution ". This ring having no special tricks behind it other then the fact that it bares the Ki pressure of those that wore it once before this pressure enough to bring a person to their knees by taking in all their disruptive thoughts and pains and amplifying it as the scripture upon the ring glows forcing them to their knees. The effects of this Ki pressure on those that do bare the same ki as Sei this ring would amplify the state of clarity to ensure that those that are suppose to uphold these words to be absent of such negativity remain viewed as such upon the world around them. All their actions no matter how much they try they will always stay within the limits of the Takanayagi Families only rule... To never Kill, To Destroy those of Darkness without Gracing them with Death and force them to live a life where they must repent for their wrongs and regret what they have done in their existence.DF Effects : (Listing Below) -2 CP Costs ( The Clarity the ring enforces of the Barer causes the barer to utilize Techniques at a lowered amount of strain on the body and chakra network ) - The Words " Strength Within " Glow in the Old Dialect of Kusagakure when Chakra is used. RP Related Restrictions/Limits from the Ring : (Listed Below)- Cant Perma or Kill Any Individual(This includes NPC's In Events and Player Owned NPC's) Individuals that do get "perma'd" by Shuyin Takanayagi lose all fighting Capabilities all Skills as a Shinobi and are turned to live a life of a civilian striving to survive amongst the other Shinobi/Civilians they have wronged during their time as a criminal.(RP'd as Breaking their Inner Strength) Note: The RP Effect still Requires Players Permission As Per Rules. But instead of Killing the character its put to Ground Zero with no Slots or powers, incapable of using chakra, etc. As if they are a regular Civilian( Again this is only if one approves of the character meeting these " Perma " standards ) But Shuyin can never be the direct result of killing any individual including PCs/NPCs in Events/Player Owned NPCs :: RP History/Background ::- Shoichiro Takanayagi : The Master of Sei- Spoiler:
:: History Around Ring :: Shoichiro Takanayagi Husband to Aiya Fujiki, father to Seijiro " The Iron Shield " Takanayagi was a man of great strife in the beginning of this family. The political and economical gain from the resources of being a Wheat and Rice Farmer was for naught as the trade was still useful the gain wasn't large enough within the trade to provide for the family during the times they lived in. These times were once simply for the Agricultural growth of the Shinobi world but because of the pending wars and tension amongst the villages during this time that surrounded Kusagakure. Shoichiro Takanayagi had joined the Village Hidden in the Grass, Kusagakure. This was the beginning of his enlightenment when he had learned of the teachings of the Shinobi world during these times, to kill those that opposed the ruling of the Village. Shoichiro believed this was wrong but for the sake of his family he could do nothing about it. Forced to act against his own morals over the years his times grew near and near to destroying himself doing these acts. Unknown as to the reason he simply fell ill. One day whilst laying on his bed within the Hospital deep within his restful gaze was the vision within himself, not of normal means but of reflections of images of those that he had cut down his body would churn and contort struggling to find a sense of comfort in the pain as these images flashed before his very eyes reflecting back on each of his wrong doings before shooting up from the bed in a heavy pant covered in sweat his eyes stared across the room as he stood up to his feet stumbling to the sliding door as he forces through the screen to the outside yard of the hospital where he would fall to the floor his body hanging over the small pond in the back of the yard as he stares at his own pained reflection his eyes would shift suddenly as he looks to the tree above as the sound of rustling is heard before he feels his body become weightless quickly finding himself on his feet standing before a baboon. A Sword strapped to the baboon's back as he'd smirk the baboon would place his hand to the center of Shoichiro's chest and push heavily against him, taking only a single step back the baboon would howl as he begins to leap around the area from rock to rock before stopping on the large rock beside Shoichiro crouched down as he begins to speak the words with great excitement of the tales he had foreseen in this young Shinobi. This Baboon was none other then Loki himself, the Baboon Keeper of the Scroll of Sei. Grinning from ear to ear this would be yet the beginning of the two of their relationship the wedding band upon Shoichiro's finger would slowly find itself in Loki's hand where as he had scribed the old scriptures upon the ring with the point of his blade before returning it to Shoichiro. Those words soon become the most valued words of the Takanayagi Family during these ages. Striving through war and anguish Shoichiro and his family survived till the last breath left his lips the great battles and teachings of Loki allowed for the creation of the Takanayagi's Family Secret Offensive Arts where he had Mastered the Control of his Inner Strength and found the strength within his Ki to destroy his opponents without soiling his hands with the crimson blood of their wrongs. Upon his death that Ki was sealed within the Ring for to be passed on the knowledge of himself to his son, and protect him even in death.
- Seijiro Takanayagi : The Iron Shield- Spoiler:
:: History Around Ring :: Seijiro " The Iron Shield " Takanayagi, Husband to Chi Hitomeki, father to Ichiro Takanayagi was a man of great promise in the shinobi world but during these times there was a great time of peace upon receiving the ring passed down from his father he had seeked out Loki the companion that had struggled through many battles with his father as to see what makes this ring make him feel the way he does, its a noticeable change. Is it simply from the respect he had for his father or was it something more something that only Loki and Shoichiro would possibly know about. This took Seijiro out on the Traditional Travels of the Takanayagi Family to the Bamboo Forests of Grass Country that flourished within the High Mountains of the far boundaries of Grass and Rice Countries. This Tradition was developed by Seijiro for the effects one has while training or simply remaining within the high altitudes of the mountains within those regions that can both calm ones mind and body after he had learned of the traits that he too shown as a Inner Sei user. This excited Loki even more, as he may have found his home finally, the family of which he could spend his eternity following them observing their world and the choices they make throughout the world to create a better place for all those to live in. This was when he had offered to teach the lessons of Sei to Seijiro and the Offensive arts that his father Shoichiro Takanayagi had birthed into the world and developed a style of fighting that destroys their enemies without staining their hands with their blood. Promptly Loki was turned down on this instance as he'd stared off into the mountain side through the open spaces of the bamboo thicket, his eyes looking over the trees and thickets that waver in the distance as the words echoed from his lips " During these Times Loki-sama, there is no need for violence. I take pride in the knowledge and creation of my fathers techniques but in a time of peace I believe there is another way of defeating my enemies if one should arise... Through sheer defense. " grinning from ear to ear like he had once down with Seijiro's father Shoichiro Loki would nod as he'd slip the scroll away as this birthed the training of a technique the Loki had been working on but could never quite develop himself. This technique was soon developed into Seikuuken which gave birth to Seijiro's nickname as the Iron Shield of Kusagakure. Through the Missions and battles that Seijiro had gone through this ring had never left his finger continuously growing with the Seijiro as he becomes more and more intuned with his inner strength, Mastering the Defense that could be provided by the Sei Ki. Upon his death bed once more the scriptures would glow with Loki crying next to his friend whom had sealed himself within a Fuuinjutsu to his son Ichiro Takanayagi to ensure Loki's longevity and the safety of these teachings and Techniques of the Way of the Inner Strength. Seijiro's Sei pressure would flow from his body sealing into the worlds scribed upon the etchings of the ring before it was given to Ichiro Takanayagi.
- Ichiro Takanayagi : Ressurection- Spoiler:
:: History Around Ring :: Ichiro " The Ressurection " Takanayagi, Husband to Chiriko Tsukami, and father to Saiga Takanayagi was ruthless in his passings of the knowledge of the way of the Inner Strength, starting his sons training at a very young age. At this time Loki has already have became both a companion and a friend to Ichiro Takanayagi. He had quickly advised against rushing such training ---- (to be continued)
- Saiga Takanayagi : Betrayal- Spoiler:
:: History Around Ring :: - Removed from Lineage, as he breaks the chain of this family Tradition, Saiga Takanayagi, had left the Village Hidden in the grass and remains unseen as of today. Each day passes on as Shuyin and his mother would be caught wondering where could Saiga have gone through all these years before leaving those thoughts back to where they should be until the day where Shuyin had grown old enough to realize the man he once thought of his father was no man at all and only seeked to find him to bring him back to the Takanayagi Family to answer to his mother for his absence from the home.

| Item: Great Serpent Ring - Quote :
- Description: A ring, seemingly made from entirely pure gold in the shape of a serpent devouring it's own tail. The workmanship is exquisite and the snake almost seems to writhe in certain light. The 'eyes' occasionally seem to reflect the wrong colour, which gives the impression that they are 'opened' and staring.
Physical make-up: Although the ring appears to be gold in all respects it has no obvious malleability and attempting to take a scratching to verify it's gold content results is seemingly impossible. On at least one occasion where soft gold would have been severely damaged the ring was seen to take only very slight damage, which faded in an instant. It is a matter of curiosity if this extends to complete and instantaneous destruction.
Observed powers: As the shape in many ways represents eternity as a cycle of endless destruction and rebirth it's powers are hinted at. The ring would provide seemingly retroactive renewal of small quantities of Chakra as and when it is used, additionally the eyes would seem to 'glow' with a colour representing the element being channeled.
The most intriguing observed power of the ring is it's ability to read and interpret handsigns for Ninjutsu performed by the wearer, negating any need to form them and allowing the blending of Kenjutsu and Ninjutu with a minimum of inconvenience. This is known only to function when performing handseals would be possible, yet inconvenient. Kamarile believes that the 'potential' handseals she could have formed are what is used. - Quote :

- Acquisition:
As Kamarile took her evening rest one night in her decadent, richly appointed chambers, the silk and sweet scents an accustomed luxury she had a dream. A dream of being appraised by her own self, perhaps older, there was a timeless look about her, eyes that seemed deeper and older. She was having her worthiness judged by her own self? ~Tis an odd dream~ she thought as she returned to the world of the living, rubbing the sleep from her eyes and reaching for the pitcher of endlessly chilled water, taking several long sips as began to write down her 'instructions' but to her great surprise, they were already there, in her own hand.
She started for a moment, going through events. ~Am I playing a trick on myself?~ she wondered. She shivered slightly at the implications, interacting with herself even in the short term carried the risks of the past and future developing separate agency. ~A prank I will accomplish soon I hope~ she shivered again at a feeling as she began to pack for a journey. Picking out good woolen travelling clothes rather than the silks so readily provided, she summoned Eladar. "My faithful guard" she would remark without a trace of irony as she slipped from Yukigakure as the sun was yet to rise.
Many days they traveled, hoping to reach the natural cavern where her 'gift' had been left. Part of her knew that this could be a trap, which was why Eladar was with her. ~Elder Sister might not have understood the need. She is not as.. reckless as I..~ she pursed her lips, knowing that it was true didn't give her satisfaction. As they descended into the darkness, the page of transcribed instructions as her guide through the series of traps, any one of which easily fatal if the messenger had led her false she encountered a small glimmering object on a pedestal.
"So dusty in here.. like no-one has entered in an age.." she whispered, as she approached it puzzled her to see that the ring appeared unmarked by dust or wear. She was filled with a sudden urge to posses it, though wary as the notes described it as 'the final trap' and she noticed that the dust was far more than in the other rooms. In it lay small, assorted piles of metal currency and other things she knew instinctively would survive the ravages of time when their owner would not. She took a deep breath. Turning to Eladar: "I have to do this.. I.. I think I understand. If the worst happens, tell my sister I love her and hope she can still remember me fondly" she reached for the ring.
Everything became a blur as she felt a manipulation of time and space that was not her own, the ring trying desperately to move her forward. To age her swiftly to dust. "No" she whispered, entering the contest, vying with the object for control of her own temporal state. Forwards.. Backwards she see-sawed until finally there was something that felt like an explosion and she blackened out.
~What.. No.. I can't be dead!~ she thought lashing out at the very concept of her death as she was shaken awake. ~You are alive~ another's voice announced and she realized who it was. "Eladar.. are we.." he frowned. "No, we're alive but when are we? More difficult to answer. What have you done this time?"
"I.. i'm not sure" she admitted, rising to her feet. "We have to.. get home.. if we still have a home!"
She began to hop through the traps, but had there been a dust pile less than when they entered? ~Can it be..~ After nearly a month's travel in return, ready to apologise to her sister and submit to punishment if it was her will she returned to Yukigakure. No-one seemed to have noticed her absence, infact her swift return from her little break was noted. ~So.. I was not aged to powder.. but the reverse~
She took note of the ring. A trap? A prize? Had it been intended to destroy her or empower her? She could not say, but it felt right. Familiar. She even felt inexplicable pride when she considered it's workmanship, but that was absurd.. Wasn't it..? The most disturbing thing was that she didn't know.
She didn't know what possibility terrified her more; that there were others like her, aware of her and involved in her affairs, or that somewhere there was a possible her that was manipulating her like a puppet, and potentially throwing the stability of time itself into danger. She could only speculate on why she would take such risks. Was she powerful, and yet saw her past as a vulnerability, did she intend to guard herself from others that might prevent her coming into being? It was a quandry, but a fascinating one.
Aftermath - Quote :
Kamarile tossed and turned in her luxurious quarters, all the silks and layers not serving to comfort her form as she writhed in the grip of the nightmare.
She was formless, or seemed to be, having no mass or physical body you could perceive. The sensation of weightlessness continued as she began to float and travel into the sky. The passage of time she could only guess at as the seasons changed but the sun never rose, she drifted through the cold empty night without end. Seeming as though hours had passed as she shivered against the unnatural cold.
Eventually she came to a forested area and expected to stop but she reached the mountains and in fear of collision she she tried to move away, but she had no control of her own body. She drifted into and through the mountain, seeing nothing and feeling nothing but the coldness and hardness of the rock as she drifted down.. down until it seemed as though she must reach the very centre of the earth.
An exaggeration, to be certain but she entered a cavern, lit by the inner light scales of an immense serpent, the tail mouth holding the tail inside. Seemingly in slumber. The vastness hinting at incalculable length as she suddenly wanted VERY desperately not to be near it. As she strained herself with her attempts to regain control the serpents eyes opened and the eyes glared at her with a seething, malevolent hatred as no other being had ever possessed.
Hate that could only be felt by the ancient and wronged. She shrank back as the leviathan began to try to cough up it's tail and she knew that if it were to succeed.. it could devour and consume again. All she could think about was preventing it from being so. She wanted to leave but she had to stop it but there was no way to act. Until the depths of her fear she gained some control and the gaze of that creature only became more hateful. Communicating that however far she ran it wouldn't be enough.
Suddenly she realized how many seasons had passed in her journey. A great many she realized as she fled that cavern, falling at last into her own simpler dreams. In the morning she was chilled but relieved by her escape. She felt no doubt that what she saw was real, and that most horrifying of all they had seen each other.. But the knowledge that she had time to prepare for whatever the 'thing' was comforted her and by afternoon she was already making plans... The weight of the ring on her finger pulled at her, there could be no coincidence.
At the same time.. she had been.. guided by what seemed to be her own self? The ring was not the serpent, made only in it's image but the fury of the brief encounter filled her with a terror she had never known. ~What -are- you~ she whispered within her head.
There was no response.

| § Nekkuresu no Hitodama § Necklace of them Human Soul:Stare into the void to find the beginning. See the beginning to know the end. Embrace mortality, to start anew Beginning and End, Life and Death, Two sides, One coin When the Bjiu came into creation they did not come alone. For they each brought havoc and disaster with them! However mankind understood that there was more than this life alone and that thought brought them hope. The fact they would not disappear in a dark nothingness warmed their souls. It is that power that warmth of soul that has made the impossible, possible. The Inka clan uses the excess power of the human soul in their rituals. However that very same clan also uses the souls themselves to create one of the most horrific artefacts in existence. The artefact is considered ''Forbidden''. But not everyone obeys the rules..The again how can you obey the rules when there are none? When you were the very first who witnessed the power of The Stone.. What if you were the one who created the the first stone of Gelel. Renkin Inka, Founder of the Inka Clan. Was the first man alive who harnessed the power of the souls in such a way that it manifested itself in a physical form. However when he realised what he had created he was shocked. They say that he locked himself in his room for 99 nights to try and think of a solution, keeping his Stone right next to him. What happened in that room is unknown, but Renkin came out as a joyful man. Unsure what happened to him, his family asked what had happened. They never got an answer for he was packing his bags. He was planning to go on a trip far from home. A place where Heaven and Earth meet. There and only there could he commune to the ancestors of the world and create a counterweight to the Stone of Gelel. The road was long and lonely, but Renkin could not falter until he made right what he wronged. Little did he know that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Stone of gelel would not sit and wait idly whilst a counter-part of it could be created. Slowly the corrupt power of the stone of Gelel would alter Renkin's intentions. Once Renkin reached the top of the mountain his vision was clouded, but his heart was still pure. He sat dawn and opened various vials and pouches combining elements. The substance which he had now created was slimy at best. Renkin closed his eyes, calling upon the spirits of old to guide him. Slowly the spirit world opened in front of his eyes. The soft wind soothing his skin. The spirits whispered to him... Suddenly Renkin's hand held the stone of gelel! He did not want to, but his hand would not obey his own commands. The corrupt stone drawing out the powers of the spirit world!. Accumulating all his willpower Renkin jumped up throwing the stone of gelel down the mountain! He sighed in relief, closing his eyes in shame. When he opened his eyes, he was back on the cold mountain. Renkin let out a shout of disappointment! Until he looked down! At his feet lay a small necklace. Carefully the Inka grabbed the necklace at the amulet that was attached to it with both hands, not wanting to drop it. As he gazed into the turquoise amulet he saw his own reflection, but as his eyes truly peered into the necklace he saw a shimmer of the spirit world. Did he create this? Or was it a gift from something far greater than himself? It does not matter. What does matter is that the whatever the necklace exactly was, it could not stand to be around the Stone of Gelel. Thus the necklace had to be hidden. A dark artefact like the stone of gelel had to be guarded, but what kind of harm could be done with an object so pure? The necklace wasn't hidden far from home though. It was ''simply'' buried in Sunagakure, for every fool to find. But destiny had chosen differently, thus it lay dormant for centuries. Mechanics:-2 to Cp Costs Special: Once per two rounds user can create a defensive barrier around another person. Giving them a temporal 10 HP and 2Dr for 1 rounds. (The Temp HP cannot be healed, nor can the DR be bypassed) If the wearer of the necklace is under corrupt power (2+ tails active or curse mark) the special power will not work.

| Like a resort as you drift off at sleep, another world is waiting for you to keep. Where is your body when you are in your dream, Is everything really what it seems. In dreams, what you want comes true, Just let your dreams take you. Into an imaginary land, where you are the author, Where things have no meaning, And you have no feeling. Where your thoughts all drift together, Just don’t get caught in your dreams forever. ~Keeper of Dreams~ "I wish I could say that my reasons for wanting to go to the land of spring with Akiza was selfless. However, I think this is why we also are very good together, despite our love we each have our own agenda of things we must do. Yet we are honest with eachother, and I gladly tell her anything she asks of me without hesitation. I had heard tales - tales of a ring that amplifies the mirage of a dream, a forsaken dream or a peaceful dream. This could be nothing but talk, a story passed down from generation to generation in order to keep hope and wonder in the world, creativity...Still, I find myself oddly compelled to look into this. A ring of dreams, a ring where the eyes of the beholder are awakened even further, allowing them to see past the smoke and mirrors of the material world, while at the same time allowing them to keep those that wish to dream and sleep, into their own thoughts a bit longer. Perhaps even the user...That is a the most relevant thought I can think of. If I can someone use it to further distract, not only my enemies, but myself...I am sure I could get a bit more sleep in the restless hours, and not only get a restful sleep, but use the dreams in my sleep to then continue my studies and work. This is what I will do with it, should I find it. This is what will be done should I be able to unravel its secrets." ----- Late one night, Sensui slipped out of the room they were staying at, and went outside. He went on top of the mountainside, and took out a book along with his own scroll of notes to see where he had left off. He continues his research, trying to discern last cited findings or wearers of the ring. His eyes, flash through the book, flipping through pages and analyzing each word, each possible hidden meaning. His mind is a brilliant and sharp tool, and he is using it up to its fullest potential. He finds something, the last known location he thinks, after connecting a few dots that were hidden through obscure passage, however, nothing can hide from Sensui's mind. It was in a small fishing village, that the ring was last noted of. Used by a fisherman, who had apparently had a terrible time trying to catch fish, because his own patience would not allow him to sit on a boat for hours on end, waiting for the big bite. However, once he put on the ring, it seems that his focus was able to be manifested, and he could sit for days if need be, lost in his own thoughts until the grip and sudden pull of reality set its tension on the line, allowing him to reel in the big catch. Sensui made his way there, but the fisherman that he had heard tales of was long dead. He found the grandson of the fisherman in the story, and sat down to have a talk with him. "Do you know where the ring could have possibly gone?" Sensui asks the grandson, a hint of need and curiosity in his voice. "I am sorry, I am afraid I do not. I remember him having it, one day, then the next it was gone. Its as if he sensed his time coming to an end, so he left it behind somewhere, for the next person who may need it to find it, in their own way." The grandson responds, with a bit of a lost expression, unsure where it could have gone. "I see. What was he doing, the day he had it, up until the day he didnt?" Sensui asks, going into detective mode in order to discern the truth of the location. "Fishing, like always. Probably went to his favorite spot, the old water hole a few clicks south of the docks." He responds, tilting his head with a curious gleam in his eyes. "Can you take me there? There is something I wish to see." Sensui asks, offering a few coins to pay him for the trouble. "Sure, suit up...I needed to head out for the day anyway."With that the Grandson and Sensui load up into the boat that they will be traveling in. The current was against them, so it took a couple hours to paddle their way to the 'old water hole' described. As they reach their destination. It was an impressive sight to behold, the 'old water hole' seems to be a vortex of water, that seems to calmly flow in the same pattern at all times. A nice and slightly dangerous spot to fish for sure. The fish lured by its rotation and some of the smaller ones unable to swim away from its pull -- however, it would also pose a threat to the fisherman also. If their boat was not strong enough, or if their were not enough men to paddle it away from the pull, its likely they also could get lost in its vortex forever. "Drop anchor here, I will return in a moment." Sensui says, giving the grandson a nod, as he starts to take off his clothes, leaving on some trunks on underneath as he takes a dive into the waters. "Hey! What are you doing? That's not very smart you know, you could get-...Hes gone.." The grandson sighs softly, looking about the waters, but Sensui is nowhere to be seen. ----- As Sensui jumps into the water, its strange. The water doesnt seem to be actually pull him at all. He swims deeper, closer to the vortex. For the first time since, his eyes activate, the emerald green hue fading away to become taken over by the burning flare of the Sharingan, a single black tomoe adjusting around the center of his eye. Its then that he sees it. The ring, glimmering in the center of the what seems to be vortex. Sensui would smile a bit, and just think to himself. "Clever man. A final dream, until the next wielder can see through it." -- Sensui moves closer, grabbing up the ring and then suddenly its gone. The vortex, vanishes as if it was nothing. The fish, that were fooled by the 'dream' move on, and swim off into the distance. Sensui submerges, keeping the ring in his grasp and walks on the water, using his chakra to stay afloat. He gives a light nod to the grandson, before he dashes off, using his chakra to boost him forward with a greater speed. Sensui returns back to the resort they were staying at, slips the ring on his finger, and climbs back into bed...letting himself drift off into a dream -- A dream where he is now able to focus on his goals while hes also, asleep. I’ve neglected and regretted All this pain. and today was filled with So much shame. I’m exhausted now, From all my thoughts. and I don’t know how To make things stop! But I have a trick, Up my sleeve. To make things pause, For 8 hours at least. It comes late, after the sun Has vanished. To the point were stars, Sparkle like magic. It’s called a dream. My own little world, A place where people don’t even exist. But the things I love are at my fingertips. It lets me run, for only a little while. Giving my life time to breathe. and handing me something I know I can keep. Just let me dream. ------ DF Effects -- +1 to Genjutsu Durations, and +1d4 Resilience on Genjutsu(For now) ((Adding more soon)) | |

| The winds of the deserts were running wild this morning, Juzo sat perched high on a cliff, his calloused hands slightly bloodied from the climb up the sheer rock wall, staining the white cloth that was usually seen wrapped about his palms. A deep inhale was taken in as his eyes closed, trying to focus away from his self imposed isolation of constantly burying himself in his smith work. The social song and dance didn't appeal to him much, neither the constant strive to prove oneself as better than the other in simple spars. It seemed others couldn't see past those few things, so, he would try to not see past the sparks as his hammer hit molten metal. Though, on this morning as the sun began to rise over the horizon, Juzo decided he would make a trip back to where it all started, where he was born, and where his bloodline was on the tips of the tongues as legend; Kirigakure, now a watering hole of mercenary-nin and other unsavory sorts. A sudden gust of wind rose up in a flurry about Juzo, as if attempting to press him onto this journey. Either it was the thoughts of a trip back to "home" or the sensation of the wind caressing his skin, the hairs on the back of his neck stood up in that sensation that sent a small electric pulse down through his entire body. Though, he was not as carefree as the wind, he had to make a few preparations before he left. Making his way back down the cliff side, his body working in unison to descend from the crag and make his way back into the village. As his supplies for the trip were gathered, he made his way to his small apartment for final preparations before departing, taking a silk band and fastening it about his forehead before setting a simple sugegasa atop his head, fitting it down firmly to sit fast around the silk cloth band. His hands then lifted up behind his neck, unfastening the village headband from around his neck and hanging it on a coat peg should he ever return to the village safely to reclaim it. As he adjusted the light, simple cotton clothing about his body, thoughts ran through his head. He really did not mind being alone, sure, he would like to have someone be there for him, someone he could either talk to about anything or nothing at all, but here, as a shinobi, things were different. Everyone lived in their own little worlds with their own motives and hidden faces, facades that had to be upheld, politics, useless politics that made no sense and pushed aside what people really wanted sometimes. Then there was the need for everyone to gather at one single point, being around so many people made him tense, which is why he preferred the solitude of the armory, simply him and his tools, with an occasional visitor in need of some specific work. His eyes blinked rapidly a few times, pulling himself out of his thoughts, unaware of how much time had already passed, his hand reached out to grab one of the many weapons that laid about his apartment, this time grabbing up just a single tanto for this trip, which would be more than enough for what he intended to be doing. He loosened his pants and slipped the weapon down the side of his thigh, securing it around his leg in its sheath with the leather strap buckling into place. With one final scan of the room to make sure he had all that he needed, he turned to depart, making his way out and adjusting his sugegasa to shade his eyes from the high noon sun. It was a simple trip out of the village, catching a ride with a trading caravan, offering a small payment to lessen the burden of his added weight on the pack-oxen. The journey was a simple one, first to Fire Country through River Country with a quick change of caravans leading onto a port city on the east coast of the lands. There, he would buy heavier clothing, more fit for traveling the seas and tolerating the cooler breeze that the vast expanse of water carried with it. The trip into Kirigakure of course was expensive, laden with tolls being lifted at various crossroads by the good upstanding "protectors" of the lands. Something inside of him triggered a familiarity with what he saw of this village, though, he was much too young to truly remember this place, the strings of the past were plucked and either memories that he wanted were created or things were truly being brought back from the past to fill his mind of his homelands. The conical straw hat was adjusted, being lifted slightly to give him a wider view of his surroundings before it was set back into a low angle as he made his way through the streets, being guided by either false memories or ones that were finally being recalled after such a long time away. Though, it would seem instinct took over for now, his foot steps guided along the cobble road, his eyes scanning the lush outer reaches of the village before moving further into the settlement. The mists snaked around the buildings, mingling with the various hanging gardens as the scenery was framed ahead of him, though as he entered further into the city, the environment changed. Becoming more of an industrial looking place, the roadways soaked by the downpour of rain that had started up. Weaving through alley ways and down little roads that poked at something in his memories he continued his search, adjusting his sugegasa as he went. Finally, his eyes settled on an old worn building, the markings faded, though they were clearly of Hitokachi origin. Slowly, he made his way to the doorway, pushing aside the cloth that hung from the frame to look inside. His eyes slowly adjusted to the dim candlelit entrance as he made his way in. "Hello..?" His voice echoed out through the hallway slightly, the sounds playing off of the small amount of acoustics created from the wooden support beams that riddled the roof. No reply came, his feet carrying him further inside, his eyes now fully adjusted to the dim lighting. Decorating the walls were various portraits, though none that brought any light to Juzo's memory. Mingled in with the portraits were some tapestries, various kanji symbols woven into the silk threads, from which he gathered were actually names of weapons that had been commissioned by the Hitokachi. "Hello?" He called out again, and this time, his call was immediately answered. "Who is it? What do you need?" The voice was of an elderly sounding woman, just on the edge of such. Her own voice echoed through the hallways, the mingling of sounds as they intercepted each other making it hard to tell in which direction the voice came from exactly. "Ah.. My name is Juzo. Hitokachi, Juzo.." He answered, his head turning about to hopefully send his answer in the correct direction, eyes scanning all the while to continue his search for the origin of the woman's voice. A reply was given after a small pause, the elderly voice ringing through the air once again, "Does the name Shinrokuro mean anything to you, young man?""Mm. No, I'm sorry.. It does not ring a bell." Juzo's reply came reverberating through the halls once again, his feet falling to a stop as he came upon an intersection of three different paths. "But you do claim to be this Hitokachi, Juzo, no? Come, let me have a look see at you young man." The intentions of the voice were hard to discern, whether the woman was luring him into a trap or genuinely curious, he did not know, but then again, at this point, there was little that he cared about except for one thing he could not shake out of his mind, and that would be left for only him to know about. Throughout this time, he had finally managed to pinpointed which hallway the voice was coming from and slowly he took a step down its path. The candles flickered in the dark, forcing the shadows to dance constantly as he slowly made his way forward. As he neared the end of the hall, there sat the old woman, behind a veil of cloth with smoking sticks of incense burning and sending whisping trails of smoke to dissipate into the air in front of her veiled form. His approach slowed considerably as he neared, until a small near unnoticeable click was heard. A roar of flames erupted from the floor in front of him, playing the part of a distraction as a blade launched itself from behind the veil towards him. In that split second, his hand tore through the side of his pants, grasping the hilt of the tanto strapped to his bare thigh and ripping it from its place to knock the blade aside and send it spinning to impale a wooden support beam. "Impressive, you at least have the skills of a Hitokachi.. now whether you are this Juzo, is another thing." A hidden door opened to his left, revealing the true location of the elderly woman. Her gaze looking over the young shinobi before her hand was raised, giving a snap of her fingers and the hallway illuminated with a bright torch fire as they burst to life throughout the building. With the same hand that summoned the torches to light, she motioned Juzo closer, "Step forward and take off your hat young man, it is impolite to wear such things inside."Seeing as he was not dead or harmed, he could not really push himself to hold any grudge or anger towards this old woman. Doing as she bade, he stepped closer, removing the rice hat from his head to hold loosely in his left hand. "You sure you do not know a Shinrokuro? You have his hair.. and his boring brown eyes!" A cackle escaped her lips at her exclamation. Her hand lifted once more, beckoning him even closer. "Come, come. You are surely who I think you are, young man." Her tone turned to one clearly inviting and benevolent, the atmosphere of the entire building seemingly changing to one of warmth at this simple change of tone. "Mm. Yeah, I'm not familiar with that name.. but, you seem to be rather familiar with him.. and me." His head tilted slightly to the left as he replied, his feet padding against the wooden floor as he neared closer. "So, who are you?""Me? I am Atsuko, Hitokachi Atsuko. Guardian of the weapons that have become valued treasures to the Hitokachi Clan. But, enough of that, honestly. You, you are what we are all about right now. The Hitokachi Clan is spread far and wide now, with all that has happened to this village. It is dangerous to be a skilled smith in these times, as weapons and tools of war are what give enemies.. an edge." The elderly woman cackled once more at her own little joke. "Whether you like it or not, young Juzo, your skills are wanted skills. Be careful who you advertise to." Her hands were lifted, unfastening her pinned back hair to let hang loose in grey curls to frame her face before she continued on. "Like your father, who, you obviously do not know about. He was quite skilled at creating weapons unlike any other. Such is why you do not see him about anymore." The woman simply shrugged at that, seeming to hold no remorse for the fate of the man she spoke of, "He was too cocky, too brash and bold, and his fate is now unknown, whether he began making weapons as a slave or if he died due to refusal, I have not heard. But obviously, his wealth was put to good use before he was taken, getting your little self to safety somewhere." Her hair was pulled back and up once more to pin into holding with a quick twist, continuing further on before Juzo could speak. "But as I said, this is about you, strangely enough showing up here, though, it was about time, I was expecting you sooner six or seven years sooner." Juzo's mouth hung slightly open during the woman's speech, taking in all that she had to say as questions formulated in his mind as the information was processed. Connections were made in his thoughts, question after question arose but they were held silent for the time being. "Now that you are here though, I've something for you, something for you to keep safe and something to keep close to your heart, as they belonged to your father, even if you did not know the man, I am sure he is the only direct family that you will have any tie to now." As she continued on, she reached behind her, pulling out a polished wooden case. It was set to rest on her lap as her fingers nimbly moved about to set a combination into an ivory rotating locking device. With a soft series of clicks, the box was opened and turned about to reveal two swords inside of it. A dull gleam of silver reflected from them as the fire from the surrounding torches and candles were caught by its surface. "These were created by and belonged to your father, they were his greatest and favorite creation." The wrinkled hand of the woman reached down to prod one of the hilts, and a sudden twitch was coaxed forth, the grip of the blade that was shaped like a scorpion’s tail moved as one would expect when one prodded such a thing. The sectioned pieces of the "tail" unfolded slightly as it reacted to the touch of the woman, opening up its grip as if preparing itself to accept the grasp that was soon to come, but there was none. The box was promptly closed and relocked before being held out for Juzo to accept and take. "Do not be shocked the first time you grab these weapons up, I will not lie, you will feel quite a bit of pain, but you will get used to it if you choose to use them regularly. And what ever you do, do not lose them. At least, not until you are dead or something.." She cackled once more, her head falling back slightly in her hysterics. "Umm.. Okay.." Juzo's voice was pushed out, confused and unsure of what to exactly say, the questions he had compounded even further. "Wha- Err- Why did-" So many questions were just wanting to escape his lips, but his mind could not put an order to which one he wished ask first, or if he even wanted to know the answer to any of the questions he had. With a shake of his head, he just fell back into silence, looking over the box one question that he was sure he wanted answered made its way to his lips, "How do I open this lock..?" The woman chuckled a bit, a warm smile taking to her lips as the young Hitokachi asked his question. "The combination is your name, Juzo. Look at the lock and you will figure it out." And as the woman explained, his eyes settled on the ivory combination lock. Four dials were able to be rolled to a set character. It seemed a rather simple lock, turning through each option, his eyes squinting as they tried to read the small characters. There were several of them, though, he couldn't quite find too much familiarity in them, an I, V, X, L, C, D, and M were engraved in to ivory. "My name? I can't spell my name with these romaji characters.. There are only six of them.. and none of them carry the letters of my name." "Think past that, Juzo, what is your name?" The woman's reply came calmly, her hands settling in her lap as she watched him think. "My name.. Wel- Oh. I see. That is somewhat clever, I suppose.." He then turned the four dials to XIII, the soft clicking of the device unlocking could be heard as he entered in the correct combination, slowly, he opened the box to let his eyes scan over the work of his father. A hand slowly reached out, tracing a finger across the hilt of one of the blades, causing it to shudder slightly and almost reach out towards him. He took note of its texture, it felt just like a strong wood, though, its movement confused him, unsure how it was doing so. It was something he was sure he would discover through continuing his work in forging weapons, though, such thoughts were pushed aside as he looked over the work of the closest relative he now knew he once had. Though his trip back to his home village brought a few answers to his questioning mind, further bringing the want for more knowledge about his and his immediate family's past. He had spent much time away from Sunagakure for now though, compounded with the time it took to reach Kirigakure and the time he spent after receiving the weapons of his father speaking with the old Hitokachi woman about what he had been doing these past several years and speaking of things that have happened recently with the major villages and the Covenant, the time it would take to return would make this quite and extended venture.. And so, Juzo made his way back to Sunagakure, the Twin Tails of the White Scorpion safe in his possession. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Twin Tails of the White ScorpionThese twin blades are unique in their shape and form, one side of the blade carries a full cutting edge, where the other side only forms halfway down. Both edges curve dangerously, like a scorpion ready to strike. This shape given to both blades is no coincidence, as they are named after the creature that they so try to mimic; the grips and pommels are shaped into the form of a curled scorpion's tail. At the base of each blade, the Hitokachi Clan markings are apparent, though above them is a different symbol, the kanji for "white" appears over each marking, denoting the original creator of these weapons. In the hands of a skilled kenjutsuist, these weapons feel flawless. Their weight is balanced in a way that makes them feel as if one can only feel the physical form and not the weight of the weapon. If one were to channel any amount of chakra into the blades, they would note that the chakra takes on its own path, outlining a scorpion's claw on the flat of each blade. Due to the composition of the metal and its shape, the tip and cutting edge of the blades seem to surpass most blades' deadly potential, carrying with them the potential to severely damage their target. If one were to observe the blades closely out of combat, they would swear they saw the "tail" of the blade twitch with movement. Furthering the whispers of the history that these blades that may have been created from some ritual to turn actual scorpions into the base for these blades to be forged around; making a pact with the creatures to lend their strength and deadly combat prowess to the creation of these deadly weapons. And they would be correct, when held by a true blood of the Hitokachi, the hilts quickly wrap themselves about the wrists of the wielders, impaling the tip of each scorpion tail into the wrist to inject their toxin into the host's body and lend them their strength. The toxin itself attacks the chakra lines that flow through the body; though hostile to the user's chakra, the physical prowess the toxin from the blades give their wielder is a great reward for the minor price to pay. The Twin Tails of the White Scorpion are the legacy of Shinrokuro Hitokachi, not exactly famous, but reknowned for his skill in both combat with swords and the creation of them through unorthodox yet effective methods. Where he is now is unknown, but the blades are now a prized posession of his son, Juzo, and are expected to remain in the Hitokachi family should it ever be continued through Juzo's bloodline. - DF:
DF:Allows for the merging of chakra into the blades. Requires Hitokachi Clan Bloodline to wield. | - Spoiler:
Item Name: Tome Of The Risen Item Type: Book Item Description: A book bound in aged leather and held together by worn thread and glue. The cover holds the faded markings of the Kurayomi clan along its aging surface, it is also spotted with what appears to be dried blood and various other stains of a less than appealing nature. The back of the book seems to have little to no writing on it at all, and seems to be almost completely worn through from years of being placed on tables and shifted back and froth on the rough surfaces. The most distinguishing feature of the book is the two rusted claps on the end of it, they appear to be once lockable though now serve no true purpose except to only show the books age. Inside the book simply shows the books age more so than the cover, the color of the paper has faded to a dark yellow in color with many of the pages being unreadable or worn down, some even harboring worse stains than the cover. What writing is readable tends to jump back and forth in an unreadable manner to a pint that many would consider what is inside gibberish. This fact along with its unappealing appearance is what has kept the book in trash heaps throughout countless book stores in the years after it was lost. To the eyes of the Kurayomi and with a little study, the secrets within the book would be revealed. Sadly due to its age and stained pages many of the secrets are now lost or incomplete and useless. Though one now remains, revealing a way to strengthen a Kurayomis summoned undead through increasing the chakra placed int the summon. This increased chakra cost allows them to pull forth stronger forms of undead and keep them 'living' for a bit longer than a standard summon would be able. The undead summoned through this stronger form of ritual tend to be a bit more tenacious within combat and can also retain some of their old personality and memories from their previous life. Most of the dead summoned through this ritual tend to be willingly brought back to aid the Kurayomi, though on many occasions some have been brought forward against their will. When they are brought forward against their will they tend to be a bit more resistant to fighting others though in the end they have little choice. DF Efects:Can add an extra 5 Cp for an undead summon to increase the type bonuses to: Skeleton: + 2 DMG per Rank Zombie: + 10 HP per Rank Ghost: - 2 DR per Rank Rp Related:The corpses raised by using this book can seem to be familiar with the Kurayomi and have some semblance of past intelligence, at time communication back and forth with their summoners. This at times can aid or hinder the Kurayomi depending on who or what may be summoned from the after life. The book is also bound to the user via a special Kurayomi seal, This allows the user to keep it on them at all times without physically holding it, They can use this seal to recall the book to them to use. This seal is placed on Shi's lower back as a sort of tattoo tramp stamp. Item Rp One rather hot day in the Sunagakure village, Shi could be seen loitering around the village itself doing nothing of any really interest to most it would seem. She would walk back and forth between stores as she looks over their wares finding nothing of all to much interest for her, After sometime of this back and forth game between the various stores she would eventually find her way to the book store, Which on this particular day seems to be all but ignored. Slipping into the store she would bow her head a moment to the store owner. "Good evening.., You don't mind if I spend a bit of time in here looking about do you? It is rather hot out today.., Perhaps a bit more than usual and none of the other stores really have anything I find all to interesting" The shop keeper would look up from his magazine a moment giving a friendly smile and wave to her as she enters, setting his magazine down for a moment and leaning onto the counter a moment. "Hello there Shi! I haven't seen you in here for awhile, And of course I don't mind. I wouldn't be able to stay in business if I kept saying no to people, Besides it has been rather quiet today so feel free." Shi would smile a moment and head into the store after the brief conversation. "Arigato"
Walking down the aisles of the book store a hand lightly tracing over the spines of the shelved books as her eyes trace over the titles written on the ma moment, On occasion pulling them out to flick through the pages a moment before putting them back on the shelf not all to interested in them it seems. A few minutes would pass as she pulls out one particular book titles "Medical Mysteries" taking a moment to open it and read it, Leaning against the shelf a moment as she does so. Reading the first ten to twenty pages or so of the book she would close it and tuck it under her arm before going back to the search through the store. Wandering back to the counter she would place the book on it a moment before walking back down to the aisles once more to search for more books she may enjoy to read or study to help her with her training. Continuing down the aisles of the store a moment she would find herself right at the back without actually realizing she had gone that far. When she hits the back of the store she would glance about noticing the several stacks of books on the floor in front of some of the shelves, Most of the books seem to be rather beat up and useless at first glance but she shrugs a bit and decides to search through them anyway. Setting a few aside as she does so as to not make a mess most of the books she goes through do seem to be in a rather bad state and seem to be of no use to her, Just when she is about to give up a certain book tends to catch her eye. Picking the book up she would look over the cover, The symbols of the cover seem familiar and she recognizes some of them from her families techniques and scrolls.
Continuing to read through the book she would notice that most of the sections are now incomplete due to the books aging and without the rest of the pages they are all but useless, Though only one section remains truly readable and usable. On these pages are clue on how to summon stronger forms of undead through increased chakra manipulation, Though an interesting scribble catches her eyes down the bottom right of the page. It reads, "If you are reading this and understand the context of this book, You must be one of us. Turn to the back page and look for my name, Illa Kurayomi. I have written some information to help with this particular task. Just apply a small amount of our chakra to the phrase in the back and the information will be revealed.". Being the rather inquisitive type, Shi would quickly turn to the back of the book and read through the various names and sentences listed there until she finds the name she is looking for. Placing a hand over it a moment she would lightly trace her fingers over the handwriting whilst she thinks about what she is going to do, Could this be dangerous? What will happen? These are only a few of the questions running through her head at the moment though her curiosity gets the better of her for the moment and she would send a pulse of her chakra through the book and more specifically the handwriting her fingers are on. For a moment nothing seems to happen though after a moment the name would glow brightly, and then an old forgotten seal would spread through the back page of the book trapping Shi in its Genjutsu like effect as she isn't really prepared for anything like this at the moment.
Caught completely bu surprise by the hidden seal within the old book, Shi would find herself in a complete air of blackness. Thinking she has been transported somewhere she begins to panic, Looking around for any source of light or escape though she cannot see a thing in the darkness. In truth, Her mind has been trapped in a latent Genjutsu effect placed on the book and sealed by Illa Kurayomi whilst her body has simply slumped onto the ground and lent back against the shelf in a position that makes her appear as if reading, Causing no alarm for the shop keeper it would seem. Calming herself a bit not realizing the truth of where she is she stands still and continues to look around, Then in the distance a white light appears...illuminating a stone white pillar with what appears to be a crystal ball on it. Hesitantly approaching the pillar and entering the light she glances about some more before reaching out to touch a hand to the ball, Doing so she would find her hand getting stuck on the ball and the inside of it lights up with a dim purple light before a soft feminine voice echoes throughout the area. The crystal balls light pulsating in different degrees of light as the voice talks, Showing that it is the origin of it. "I see another one of our family has managed to find this book.., Judging by the weakness of this seals it seems the book has also gone through a rather damaging aging process. I suppose it was lost after I last had it. Now child.., What is your name? And what is it you wish to know..? Just know that your time in here is short and when you are done here this seal will no longer work no matter what you attempt to do to it. Though the book itself will still hold great knowledge for you and I would recommend keeping it." "My name is Shi Kurayomi.., And as for what I wanted to know the book is rather badly damaged and I could only make out one section. That was how to summon stronger forms of undead companions, though there are many parts of it that I still do not understand as I didn't have time to properly read it. I will admit my curiosity got the better of me and I followed your instructions quicker than I should have I suppose." "Shi..., Delightful name.., And yes it does seem you were a bit over zealous with your 'learning' desires hehe. But either way I can do a bit better than explain what it is you are talking about because I do have the ability to show you how the technique is performed and just what kinds of undead can be brought forward with it if you wish?"
The feminine figure within the crystal ball would motion for Shi to move closer and peer down into the ball, A bit hesitant to do so Shi would lean down slowly but eventually close enough to get a good view so the crystal ball takes up most of her vision. When she finally leans close enough the ball would flash a moment projecting itself into Shi's field of vision once more to show a young woman standing among a series of graves in a location Shi does not recognize. After a moment the woman would fall down to her knees and begin to focus her chakra, The very book Shi is trapped in resting beside the women's right leg. The women would begin to focus and channel her chakra like in a way any Kurayomi would do to summon an undead companion, Though near the end of the ritual an extra hand seal is performed and extra chakra placed into the ritual. When the extra chakra is added the women would rise her arms falling to either side, A few paces in front of her a summoning seal would appear on the ground as a zombie like figure would begin to rise. Though this one seems different.., Still clad in its ancient Samurai like armor and clutching a rusted blade the zombie would appear to be stronger than a normally summoned companion. The extra chakra seems to have reinforced the zombies 'life force' and its drive to fight, Though when summoned it would bend a knee to its summoner as the women turns to stare directly at Shi and speak a moment. "There.., I have shown you what it is you wished to learn.., In a moment the technique will release and you will return back to your normal life. If there are any questions you have.., Now is the time to ask them.."
Observing the ritual through the crystal ball Shi would remain rather quiet until the women had finished her display and began to talk, crossing her arms across her chest thinking about the ritual a moment as she watched. Thinking to herself a moment, she would note that the ritual seems none to different to a usual Kurayomi summoning technique aside from an extra seal or two and an increase of chakra usage. Though a few questions about it do still ring about in her mind. "It seems a bit to simple.., It cant be as easy as just an extra hand seal or two and some more chakra. So one of my main questions really is simply, What else is their to the technique that makes it so different from our families normal ability to summon the undead to our aid? And, What are the potential risks of using this book if I don't know how to properly use the technique..?"
"Understandable questions and worries I suppose, This form of summoning is a bit new to you I suppose. But I will try my best to answer them for you Shi. For your first question, It isn't all to much different from our families techniques, Though the undead summoned forth with this new ritual have a higher form of strength imbued within them and also at times an retain a bit of their past which gives them an edge over a normally summoned undead. Your second questions is a bit trickier really.., The undead summoned do pose a bit of a risk to the user if they are not confident in their own abilities and if you falter in your dominance over the summoned undead they can turn on you. This can be avoided if you manage to bond with your summons over time or even summon someone who you once knew. Now your time is up..., You will be released back into the normal world and this book will be bound to you by a seal so you can recall it at anytime, Though this is our last meeting for now.., In time I hope you will be able to summon me forth. Good bye Shi, Good luck." When the women spoke her last words all light would fade from the area once more, And Shi would find herself awake at the bookstore once more though the book she was in and now disappeared, Sealing itself in the new seal on Shi's body for safe keeping. Slowly standing up she would make her way to the counter with the few books she managed to collect before she passed out. Smiling to the store keeper who would say a few comments about how long Shi was there for before she eventually left the store books in hand. Making her way out of the store she would realize the sun is slowly beginning to set, Thinking it is the perfect time to try and see if she is able to use the books ability she would make her way toward the graveyard at a rather quick pace not taking any time to stop or talk to anyone.
When she finally reaches the isolated graveyard within Sunagakure, She glances about a moment to see if anyone may be around but thankfully tonight the graveyard and oasis is quiet and abandoned with only the soft breeze keeping her company. Focusing chakra toward her seal for a moment the book would soon appear in her hand, Opening it up she would flick through the pages till she reaches the required section. Reading through it once more she then sets it beside her on a rock and begins to perform the hand seals for her summoning technique placing her hands to the ground, Trying to use the extra seal and chakra throughout the summoning. Placing her hand to the ground she would summon forward a stronger zombie in front of her though it stands there staring at her for sometime before it quickly lunges toward her causing her to panic and fall, It holds her down for a moment and would bite her arm before she manages to un-summon it back to the eland of the dead. Panting a moment she looks at her bite shaking her head and wrapping it quickly with some bandages before standing back upright once more. Pushing herself back upright she sighs softly and goes back to the summoning technique moving her hands through the seals once more and pushing her chakra through before placing a hand on the ground. This time a skeletal creation coming through to this world. Though this summoned undead seems 'normal' and not much stronger at all than her standard summons. "This is a bit harder than I thought it might be.., Even though I was shown by someone with obviously much more experience than me first hand so to speak I still cannot get it properly.., Regardless I am going to keep trying until I manage to do it."
Several hours would past and the sun would slowly begin to set behind the dunes of the village, over the past hours Shi has made a lot of attempts in this new summoning technique though with little success. On one occasion one of the newly summoned undead managed to turn around and get past her defenses again and attack her once more, Though on the other hand another one of them that was summoned simply stood on the spot before collapsing as son as it was brought to life. The jutsu didn't fail the undead that was summoned was just very weak and gave out rather quickly. Using her last amount of chakra she would move through the required seals of the ritual once more, On the last seal she would place her hand on the ground and summon forth another undead companion. Though this one is different than the rest, its life fore seems stronger and more willing to act on its own will. When Shi looks over the ghostly form hovering in-front of her, It would seem oddly familiar to her and the ghostly face would smile back to her, After a moment Shi would realize that she had in fact just summoned the very person who taught her, Illa Kurayomi.
"It is nice to back within the land of the living once more.., Even though I am brought back in this form. And I am glad that it was you that brought me back, The seal that was placed on the book still connected to me even in the afterlife and I remember our conversation. It is good to see you managed to perform the technique and impressive that I am your first summon with it. It feels odd being brought back with a technique I used to use myself, But if feels alright I suppose. Now, If I could make a request, Show me if you can summon another then you can rest..." Giving a nod and a slight smile she would proceed to give the deceased Kurayomi her wish, Focusing a moment to transfer enough of her own life force to chakra to provide enough for a summoning technique. Moving through the seals of her ritual for summoning the dead she would place her hand on the ground after the final seal ,Slowly raising upward after she does so. beneath her hand a zombie like figure would begin to rise and then stand beside the ghost of Illa. The two undead companions would nod to each other a moment before looking to Shi and then disappearing back to the afterlife soon after.
*The End*

| Mantle of SilenceWith the birth of the first Sairen, to the first born of the clan, to the current members of the clan, the mystery's that are within the clan are still hard to know. One of the main mystery's is the mantle that is passed down from the first born Sairen, to the current head family of the clan. This mantle is a treasure within the clan, and those that wield it are thought to have greater power with there control, and stronger medical jutsu then the others within the clan. Handed from one clan member of the head family, to the other and with the different chakra flows, gets stronger as it is passed down. The coloring of this mantle is similar to that of Suna, with a smoky yellow to represent the sand and show the true nature of the Sairen's home country. This mantle was originally charged with the first Sairen's chakra and gives the wearer greater control over the chakra, and empowers there Medical jutsu more then most can imagine. With this, the Sairen chakra flowing in it, allows them to extend there Sairen jutsu further then they could imagine. The mantle is given to the first born of each generation from the head family of the Sairen family, which in there clan is considered the "Royal Blood". The chakra within the mantle glows bright when the wearer users there own, and on the back of the mantle, when chakra is running through it, the Sairen Clan crest is visible. The shape of the Mantle is also unique, with the common look, but also a flowing cloth down the front to wrap around the wearer's body, almost going to the knee before coming back up. The hood is hooked permanently, and can only be lowered and never removed. The fabric used itself is channeled with chakra, causing it to not be able to rip, unless cut by chakra itself. +1 to Siren Jutsu Duration - 20 Tokens +10 Heal Mod - 10 Tokens 1/10 of Heal Mod (Maximum 5) is added to Medical Jutsu used - 20 Tokens Total: 50 Tokens Current Holder- Spoiler:
A quiet morning in the Sairen compound, as always, just the wind whipping around and the movement of pencils around the tables where the clan members sit with there plates filled with food. Shizuka's eyes drift around the table, locking onto her mother with a large smile crawling across her lips. Her mother was the pinnacle of age, Beautiful, Elegant and even at the age of fourty, still looks as if she would be getting asked to the senior prom. Around her neck is the one thing that everyone in the clan wants, and no matter how hard they try, they will never get there hands on it. However, Shizuka in the back of her mind, knew that the day her mother thinks she is ready, she will obtain this. THe mantle of Silence, the treasure of the Sairen clan and handed down one by one. Being the first born from her mother and father, Shizuka was, technically, the princess of the Siren clan. Her eyes drift over her mother, who in all honesty, looks just like an older version of Shizuka. In the back of her mind, the dreams of becoming what her mother is were just that, dreams. Although she knew one day that she may be just like her mother, but this would be in some years and for now, she must listen to her mother, and follow the vow's of the clan. As the clan finishes there meals, Shizuka pushes to her feet and turns to walk out of the kitchen and towards the families home. Taking each step she walks slowly, before a figure moves in beside her. Looking to her side, she smiles once more as her mother places a hand onto her shoulder as they walk. A simple look and a nod as they walk together, not communicating but knowing what the other wants. As they reach the house, they move to the lounging area and sits at the table as they look between one another. Her mother reaching up to remove the mantle and sit it onto the table. Her eyes locking onto Shizuka's before she nods a single time. Her eyes close as they go into a "sleeping" state so the two are able to communicate. "The time has come my daughter, for you to prove that you are worthy to wear this and call yourself the true Sairen that you are. All that I ask, is for you to go into the Sairen cave, and within one week, return to me with proof that you have learned the true meaning of being a Sairen and show that you are able to adapt to the world around you. Prove this to me, and I will be proud to hand this down to you."With a single nod, Shizuka would push to her feet before turning on her feet and heading out of the house. Her eyes lock to the large cliff around the Sairen compound before lowering down to the darkened cave at the bottom. Moving each foot, as a cloud of sand echoes out from each one, she heads in the direction of the cave. Taking a deep breath, Shizuka would disappear into the darkness, pushing herself to prove to her mother she is the one that will lead the clan eventually, and be worthy to wear the mantle. Reality- Spoiler:
Sitting on the ground of the cave, days after she had left the compound, her eyes closed letting out the calm breaths as she keeps her focus to herself and the noises of the cavern around her. Not moving, her eyes stay closed along with her mouth and the only movement she has is only the raising and dropping of her chest. As her mind drifts in and out of all the possibilities that her mother could be talking about, the one main one that sticks in her mind is the vow that the Sairen make. Thou will not hurt any living being, Thou will risk there life to make sure that and ally lives in the arms of combat, Thou shell put others well being before there own, and Thou will not argue with the vows. Her mind keeps ticking through, visiualising these words in her mind, before her eyes finally open and lock onto the wall infront of her. Placing her hands onto the ground, she takes a calm breath as she nods. A small smile crawling across her lips. "So that is what mother meant by finding the true meaning of being a Sairen and not returning until I have figured it out. A Sairen is an emotional and physical shoulder for others to lean on. They are there for when a person needs help, for when a person needs someone to listen and for when someone is in the bottom of the world. We are suppose to make sure that all allies around us are fine and can continue in the world when they need to. Now I know the true meaning of being a Sairen and that I must prove to Suna that I am going to help no matter what the circumstaneces or out come."With another nod, she begins to walk towards the entrance, the laminating sun peaking into the cave as Shizuka approaches. Her eyes closing as the sunlight burns slightly, moving out into it. As her eyes adjust, they lock onto her families home and begin to move in that direction. As she does, her mother steps out of the front door and glances at her. A smile crawling across her lips as she motions to go inside the house. Collection- Spoiler:
As the sun would set, Shizuka lifts her eyes to lock onto her mothers, and the two stop in a gaze. A smile crawling over her mothers lips once more as Shizuka can't help but smile herself. The mantle sits in the center of the table, as her mother would reach out and push it towards her. Shizuka's eyes would lock onto the mantle, as she removes her headband and looks down at herself. The large scar, running from the crevice between her chin and neck, down to between he breasts is quite large, and apparent. The pinkish looking scar haunts Shizuka, but although this is true, her hands lock onto her headband once more. Removing her original mantle, she replaces it with the headband so that she can wear the Suna symbol proudly over the scar. Her hands would grip the mantle, before she slips it over her head and let's the strands rush down her body. Gripping the longer one, she would wrap it around her side, before through it back over her shoulder. Placing her soft hands onto the dense and rough surface of the table, she pushes to her feet and stands tall. A quick whip of wind pushes through the compound as Shizuka flicks the hood up over her head and the wind rushes past. The hood and her hair moving freely in the wind, as she looks down to her mouth. Tears dripping from her mothers eyes, as she too pushes to her feet and walks around the table, before wrapping her arms around Shizuka and bringing her into an embrace. The chakra flowing from her mother and into the Mantle, the runic symbols along the trim of the hood would become apparent. Six generations of Sairen chakra now run through the mantle, and when Shizuka passes it on, the Seventh and final chakra will be within, allowing the final rune to become apparent. Each rune represents a word, and the words so far read. "The voice from within, is the ----" with the last word being unknown. "You have done me and your father proud Shizuka, and no other parents will be able to feel what we have been able to feel. You are exactly what we have wanted in a daughter and more. Now, it is your chance to take the mantle and prove to the world that you can bare the Sairen name. As the princess of the clan, you are able to step up to the throne whenever you wish. I want you to wear that title with honor, I want you to become a great ninja. Be the woman I know you can my dear, find yourself a partner and together you will be united. I love you Shizuka, I always will until the day I die."And so the princess of the clan, gained the treasure and begins on her journey to become the clan leader. One step at a time, one drop of blood at a time, and of course one love at a time. As she moves forward, the growth of suna and sairen will become one. Although the voice of the quiet can not be heard, the actions from the clan will be seen and of course heard.

| Shodaime no Kougake Rokku Kaijo(Gauntlets of the First Unlocked)
Type: Gauntlet/Bracer [Upgrade] Description: This set of gauntlets seem like antiques, the banded metal long since going out of style in the modern shinobi armory, but very well taken care of they seem in great condition. These were the gauntlets of the Shodaime Hokage Hyuuga Horou. Stories abound about both the gauntlets and the now legendary Shodaime Hokage. Through meditation and spiritual trial, Kagayaite has formed a deeper bond an connection to the spirits within. PvP Effect: [on top of the original bonuses]
+ 1 Dex + 2 DR (+2 additional DR vs return damage from his C-R attacks) + 1 CP regen Special: Access to Main branch Hyuuga techniques. (must still be learned normally)
~: History :~ - Spoiler:
We must begin this history as we do every history.. with facts. Before the Shodaime ever donned them, this set of gauntlets had been passed down the Hyuuga line for generations uncounted, since far before the first great shinobi war. Though antiquated by any means with each successive bearer they seem to grow more receptive to Hyuuga chakra, as if the repeated use of jyuuken left the already chakra receptive materials worn in with paths. Indeed, when looking at them with an eye that can see such paths it certainly looks that way, as they almost seem to possess a chakra network of their own. The only true modification of the gauntlets came from the Shodaime himself. A noble Hyuuga respected not only for his mastery of jyuuken, but his use of the basic tools of a shinobi to devastating effect, he installed two hidden compartments for his ninja wire to not only ease his accessibility to it, but help surprise his foes with the devilishly thin wire. Sadly this is about all we truly know of these gauntlets. All else is merely unproven legend and conjecture. Some say the gauntlets were forged by the spirit of the moon as a gift upon the Hyuuga, and that they even posses they're own mind and spirit. Another story states that such was the Shodaime's skill with these gauntlets on that he could not be hit by any attack, and could seal a persons chakra completely in a single strike. A few believe the gauntlets in truth hold the souls of past wielders growing stronger with each generation to use them, as the wielder gleans tactics and even techniques from their shared consciousness. There are few in the world who know if these myths hold any truth for only one has wielded them since, but all have heard the tale of the Shodaime's defeat, for he was only defeated after his gauntlets were removed. And, so they were passed down to the reviled Hyuuga Takeshi, scorned and branded for his dark chakra. However, with these gauntlets Takeshi proved his prowess and unrivaled talent for a Hyuuga his age, only falling when overcome with anger and a lust for revenge on the young man who blinded his Clan head. On that day both their lives were cut short. Two young lives taken before their time, before they could truly shine. The comrades of his aggressor were honorable when seeing his death, returning his body and possessions whole and unmolested to Konoha and his family. The only damage to the gauntlets were the ninja-wire winds were torn off. And, so The gauntlets sit and wait, locked deep and hidden in the Hyuuga Clan's compound, waiting once more for a true successor. ~~~~~~~~~~Not so long Ago~~~~~~~~~~~ Konoha, overtaken by by the covenant it's secrets and scrolls hidden for them to discover only in a matter of time. The Hyuuga Clan could not stand it. Kagayaite was quickly assigned to a special operations team based on his aptitude at remaining undetected even in high stress situations. They're goal was to either reclaim or burn every Hyuuga secret left within that compound. Once within the team fanned out, keeping their byakugan's active to make sure no patrols could catch them off-guard and find the caches of hidden techniques and items sometimes even hidden behind solid walls, so that only those with the proper eyes could find them. As soon as he activated his eyes, Kagayaite could see the unique chakra paths of the gauntlets, but they seemed to glow and pulse to him, calling to him. He couldn't resist taking them for himself as he passed by, but something unexpected happened when he put them on. The gauntlets flared in his sight and he could almost feel his mind being sucked into them. He was in a familiar wooded clearing, the moon shining high over head, so large in the sky. There he saw a young man in an outdated red Konoha police force uniform, his deep blue hair would reach his shoulders looking up to the sky. slowly he would turn to regard Kagayaite, who was frozen in place unable to move, though he couldn't truly tell if it was from paralysis, or simply intimidation. When the young man spoke his voice seemed like dozens of voices all speaking in unison, some young, some old some, some male, some female, but all as one voice. "You have been chosen. A time of peace has reigned and I was content being unneeded and unused, but now is a time of war, and you are worthy. Now go and prove your worth, save our secrets and help win this war." Snapping back to inside the Hyuuga compound Kaga would not notice any time having passed, the patrols closest to him not having moved. Looking to the rest of his team he watched for their signals and when it was time to leave he placed the specialized incendiary tag he was given for this mission only and headed out towards the rendezvous point. The team shared smiles as they left the village behind, activating their tags. The covenant would find no use of their secrets or compound, the building glowing a raging orange in their shared hindsight. ~~~~~~~~~~Present Day~~~~~~~~~~~The dawn would just break over the horizon as Kagayaite would exit his hospital bed. It was a red dawn, fitting of the night they were subjected to. Beams of warm light that would so often be seen as merely beautiful, spread and dispel the navy blues and purples of the night sky. It only served to remind Kagayaite of the horrors that occurred around him. His white eyes would stare down at his hands, looking to those ancient metal gauntlets. They would feel so heavy and oppressing over his forearms... it was odd, they usually felt so light... Removing those gauntlets from his hands. He didn't deserve to be the one chosen by those gauntlets perhaps that was it.. maybe they rescinded their bond? He didn't deserve the Shodaime's legacy. Not now at least. Plagued by the chaos and ruin among his comrades wrought by his hands Kagayaite would Trudge through the blood soaked, sandy streets, past the damaged storefronts and sobbing families. The friends, siblings and more turned murderers. Walking ever north he would finally finding his way into the training woods finding some comfort in the rain falling through the cooler forest air. Continuing forward deep into the woods He would come across that ancient stone building. He had been there once or twice before when he helped Arietta-hime train. It was an old Inkan temple that fell into disrepair after they were given a proper compound in the Honored courts. The building wasn't maintained at all, one of the entrances having already caved in, But Kaga didn't care. He walked deep within, simply careful not to disturb anything as he continued down into it's deepest bowels, he would lightly trace the fingers along the stone, even someone like him able t sense something... mystical about it still. He would find his way down to an altar which would take his breath away, ten beams of light from outside would be reflected and focused from through the levels onto it through precise mirrors, the Beautiful Inkan artistry depicting a great beauty almost ethereal in nature. Sitting down in front of that altar he would breathe deeply, trying to clear his mind, his Gauntlets set in front of him. He wasn't sure how long he was there for but slowly, he would feel something tugging at his consciousness He could feel it radiating from that artifact in his lap but before he could react his mind would be enveloped by the spiritual presence magnified by the holy Inkan site, and Kagayaite would find himself once more in that wooded clearing he was brought to what seems like so long ago. But now... It was no longer peaceful that moon that seemed to take up half the sky shown bright red and fires enveloped the forest. When he finally laid eyes upon the spirit of the gauntlets the seemingly young man would be cloaked in darkness, his eyes glowing a bright and terrible red. "What's going on??" Kaga's voice would call out to the now demonic looking spirit, echoing queerly in the night. The creature would only snarl as it stalks towards Kagayaite, flames rising from the ground briefly whee last it stepped. Soon though, as he backed away from it's advance he would here it's voice, distorted and dark echo into his mind. "You brought this upon us all... You tainted these gauntlets and allowed the moon itself to be used for such corruption... And you will suffer for it...."Kaga didn't have time to think before Those spirits bound together in Takeshi's form would be on him, sending two powerful jabs to Kaga's gut and knocking him back against the smoking stump of a tree, The younger Hyuuga groaning as he staggers back to his feet. only just in time to knock the two following blows to the side. Groaning in pain, the young Hyuuga ducks and weaves before daring to lash out with his own strike, grinning as he found the creatures heart. The body would simply seem to melt away beneath his hand, Kaga's arm passing right through the body like so much water. In an instant he would realize it was only an after image, but by then it was far too late. The creature would grin as Kaga freezes in place before raining down it's own deluge of blows over Kaga's body, throwing him back. "You cannot win against us... accept your responsibility... And Die."Kaga would shudder as he heard those thoughts echoing once more in his mind, desperately dodging and weaving, now trying to keep his distance, but the shadowy spirit was far too fast every now and again catching him painfully in the side. Though Kaga would never allow him a killing stroke as least. the battle raged for what seems like hours. "Why do you run? Accept your fate!..."The young Hyuuga would grow tired and desperate, he knew he could not withstand another blow, but it was his fault that The Gauntlet was like this, in that moment he knew what he must do. Kagayaite would open his arms wide, letting himself get pierced by the creatures hand, that arm diving right through his heat at that slightest opportunity. It was then that he struck, using that moment to grip the spirit on either side of the head Kagayaite would pour every ounce of his chakra and being into his target even drawing upon the very power of his soul, slowly those shadows would burn away under his grasp as his own consciousness would fade to black. Kagayaite would wake up back in the Temple with a jolt, his breath ragged , and covered in sweat. even then he could feel that chakra depletion over taking him, pulling at his mind as his consciousness once again starts to fade, but then he would notice a warm, comforting pulse of energy flow into him. Slowly his pain would ease and he would look down to those splint-mail bracers. Taking them up they would seem to pulse with energy and life. before he could always feel the gauntlets aiding his movements and ceasing the stress of chakra control, but now he felt them, they were a part of him now. Putting them on a pulse of blue chakra would spread up over his arms like two shields before fading out of sight as if they sought to not only revitalize him slowly, but guard him as well. Looking to the gauntlets he almost though he heard that voice formed of the multitudes of past bearers whsper out in thanks. Perhaps he will have to meditate here in the future as well? Who knows what wisdom he might glean now that a part of himself resides within the gauntlets as well.

- NWN Toolkit Model numbers:
- IC Appearance:
A Mothers Love .: The Blade that Bonds a Mother and Son :.Found on the doorstep to the Academy, an 3 foot long, chakra sealed box, and a wooden crate. Tacked to the top of the box was a note that simply read; "For my Son when he reaches Age, With love, Mom" In the crate lay a bruised and battered child, with jet black hair and soft pale skin. The young boy did not move, nor make a sound, bringing the instructor fear for his life... After checking the child for vitals, he was rushed to the hospital, to be treated swiftly. It was found that his blindness in his right eye was natural, but the damage to his left was from extensive abuse and mistreatment.
After further extensive treatment, while making sure the boy would be able to live without any unforeseen difficulties, other than his wounded eyes, it was discovered that the boys chakra, behaved in an odd and unique way...
It was this curiosity and desire for the child to have a proper upbringing that led to the Academy instructors decision to take up the child as their own, and raise him. A bright future as a Sunagakure Shinobi was on the horizon for the boy...
He grew up fast, oddly so, learning at an incredible rate... He was swift... and accurate... Agile, and gifted.
When the boy was 12, just 7 years after being found, he was given the sealed box that was found on the same day as he. After touching the box, there was a bright glow that emanated from the boys hands as the package itself seemed to recognize something within the boy, that was not within anyone else whom had touched it...
As the outer shell melted away, the inner contents where revealed! Lying within was a short blade, thin but wide, sturdy and strong, but light as a feather... Crafted from an unusual crystal, one never seen before, the blade seemed to resonate, giving off a soft pleasant hum, a faint glow, and to the boy, a warmth in its touch, that brought him an odd feeling of peace... - The Unknown Truth:
Being the barer of a crystal Release, His mother crafted the blade with her own chakra. After using it for years in battle, the blade had taken on a slight imprint of herself... She left it behind for her son, whom she loved dearly... However, unknown to herself... The blade allowed her impression to seep through, giving the comfort and love she could not give physically, to her son, through itself...
Where she is, is unknown, and classified... If she'll return for her beloved child, also unknown... All that remains, for now, is the blade... A Symbol of a Mothers love, for Her son.
Dice Fight Bonuses Reasoning:His bloodline causes his Ninjutsu to be more potent... His body causes himself to be swift and agile... Going with what he knew best, he picked up the blade, while also learning to fight with his natural weapons... Hands, Feet, etc... The chakra that bonds the boy to his mother, the chakra that resonates within the blade alowes his bloodline to be represented in everything he does, as the warmth of his Mothers love washes over him in battle, strengthening his every blow... Dice Fight Bonuses::Adds Bloodline Bonus Ninjutsu Damage Rolls to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu Damage rolls.

Story: - Spoiler:
When Mizuki first came to the village, she had acquainted herself with several of the people there. During the second day, some strange slime ate all of her gear, including the Katana brought from her home in the Steel Country. With the help of her two new friends, Katriana and Kamarile, she went down to the Armory. There, with the help of the smiths, she oversaw the creation of her own custom blade. It was forged from hardened steel, sharpened to the finest edge imaginable. There, she trained with this new blade, although it seemed basic in appearance, she made a personal connection with it. The blade became her own then, slowly growing stronger with it. As time went on she felt her connection grow, she learned that no matter how she swung the sword, she could execute additional damage. Even the slightest touch to the fine sharpened edge caused more bleeding than a normal blade.

| GUNBLADE – ETERNITY & INFINITY DESCRIPTION: Eternity and Infinity are a pair of Gunblades consisting of two long masamune like blades with dual-pistols / or conjoined from the ends into a double-sided blade. The blade itself is etched with runic carvings containing powerful fuin-enchantments. Handles of the weapon have a soft cushioned hold, that is made of a gel filament that eases the transfer of chakra through a cartridge in the pistol that molds and fires off bolts of chakra out at an opponent like bullets. Since it is chakra powered, there is no real need for bullets unless it is necessary. The metal is made of a rare steel found in the land of Steel – originally forged by the blacksmith Kaira Shigawa (Former Hokage) and renewed almost completely by Juzo Hitokachi. The same engraved message along each pistol along the top rim include: “Look Within“. - Spoiler:
CARBON TITANIUM BLADE (30 Tokens?) DF: Rank Dmg for Weapon (Normal Penalties) Lvl 15) 2d4 / + 2 Dual-Wielding Lvl 25) 2d6 / + 2 Dual-Wielding Lvl 35) 2d8 / + 2 Dual-Wielding

RUNIC SEAL OF MULTIPLICATION (10 Tokens?) Action: 5 Cp / Copy, Takes Turn – create as many copies of this weapon for others to wield. (NOTE: Only Original copy have this ability, Duration end of battle) RP: This dual gunblades is a relic seen and used in many battles over the last 100 years. It originally consisted of Mithrajin Sappa Inka’s dual-sided sword with Uchiha Kuraomitsu’s Torra Tekko-Kagi Claws (Shadow Tiger Claws). It was initially crafted by a famous blacksmith amongst the legendary Shigawa Clan, Kaira – also the former Hokage of Konohagakure. Through the years, it had become weathered and its use for battle no longer proved effective. It would take an individual of equal renowned skillsets in metallurgy to refine these weapons back to their former glory. War still ever present, and now an even darker force encroaching – Mikoto reclaims these lost weapons from a warrior close to his great grandmother. He will use these two blades of destruction, and carve a path to unity and prosperity for the shinobi world. | |

| The Third EyeThe Third Eye is the name of the item, but not the name of the entity that dwells within it. It is not known from where it hails or in what form it takes, beyond that it is an instinctual creature, unable to form coherent thoughts but capable of discerning its environment and at times capable of deciding whether or not it likes those around it. Eladar has carried this ring for some time but is always wary of putting it on for as much as it is capable of enhancing his senses by tapping into the entities senses, he is also capable of losing some of himself inside of the entity and being trapped their for a time with it. When battle starts the ring awakens fully and decides on whether or not it likes or dislikes whoever Eladar faces. If it likes his opponent however it makes Eladar suffer for wearing it. | Demons Talons The Demons Talons have a long history, shrowded in deceit and death. But it all goes back to the original Kurayomi who tried bonding with "The Fallen". This mysterious Kurayomi in an attempt to impress the being, took a portion of the demons essence and forged it into a weapon reminescent of the beings on Talons. What happened to the crafter is not known, whether he lived through the process or not is irrelavant. What is known is that somehow the Talons ended up in the possession of the Kurayomi desenced from that original man, and was passed down from generation to generation. It was done this way as a purposeful reminder to the weilder that a higher being had claims on them through there ancsestor and to expect to be returning the favor owed. Thought to be lost with the death of Shuusai Kurayomi, the Kurayomi of the covenant have been searching desperatly for them, wishing to claim the contract with "The Fallen" As there own. However, the blades had been hidden in the one place no one would expect. Beneath the Inkan controlled hospital of Sunagakure. In the dusty and forgotten labs, protected from those who are not bound to the blades through complex seals, they sat unknown. Untill Boushi stumbled accross the unused room in the Labs in search of extra supplies during the invasion, and activated the seals protecting and hiding them. The demons Talons are a pair of a type of weapon typically called: Cats Claws. They are specially made to allow the user to scratch and rake and disembowel much like a hunting cat in a fight. This particular pair was forged in the depths of hell, created in the shadowy fires that house the being known as "The Fallen". His essence in the making of these Talons has embued the otherwordly metal with his demonic essence and bound the weapons to those who are bound to him in contract or blood. What marks these talons as special is that when the blades taste flesh, they glow with an unearthly light and absorbs the energy from the victim and begins restoring the vitality lost by the weilder. DF: Taijutsu basic rank damage is equal to the same ranked bukijutsu damage 1d4 vampiric regen on tai attacks(this healing is delayed as usual, but not stopped by being hit) can not be disarmed Note: Can only be used by a kurayomi or inka who has made a contract with "The Fallen" | |
