December Contest

Hello folks, with November over with we now have room for a new contest to be put into play.

This contest is about making a new Jutsu focus, to help increase the use of Tools. So we will be making this new focus with your help, and we need jutsu ranging from a lowly E rank to the superb S ranks. The new jutsu focus will be based on the Dexterity statistic, and will deal tool damage. I encourage partial costs being paid with Tools in addition to chakra, to increase the importance of having tools, however it isn't a requirement.

As a general guideline for how many jutsu of each rank, here goes;
E: 3
D - A: 4-6
S: 3

Winners will be determined by most submissions that we plan to use. Please follow the usual jutsu format.
On to the rewards;
1st Place: 30 Tool Tokens OR May auto learn E - B ranks, though you follow the usual restrictions. (You must have the jutsu focus to obtain these jutsu, may be saved for another character.)
2nd Place: 20 Tool Tokens OR May auto learn E - C ranks, though you follow the usual restrictions. (You must have the jutsu focus to obtain these jutsu, may be saved for another character.)
3rd Place: 10 Tool Tokens OR May auto learn E - D ranks, though you follow the usual restrictions. (You must have the jutsu focus to obtain these jutsu, may be saved for another character.)
