So the Missing Ninja NPCs were left out of the last time-skip RP posts and as such, are underpowered in comparison to the current PCs that are in play. The decision was made that...

-] Missing Ninja NPCs made and played before the Time-Skip (Late August, Early September) may write a minimum of 800 words and be ranked up accordingly after approval of the RP post.

-] Other Missing Ninja NPCs made after the Time-Skip may still write a minimum of 800 words and be eligable for a token reward of some sort. [Dont worry, we'll make it worth it.]
