I've spoken with Chiyo about some of my issues with hosting and about the activity level, which has picked up greatly. So after speaking with him the server will not go down on the 14th and the server host will not be changing anytime soon. Chiyo will be increasingly active soon so I will keep the server up as long as there is a need for it.
