Server Rules - Weapon/Item Creation Chart

***Note we have the right to change/interpretate differently.****

Rules:

1. It is DM discretion what counts as a weak/med/strong ability.
2. You can only have one damage bonus. Cp damage is not possible on items, unless genjutsu related.
3. You must have a decent RP about the item to justify the stats.
4. The cap to bonus hp is +20. This includes all your items, and your innates.
5. The cap to bonus cp is +20. This includes all your items, and your innates.

Weapon/Items:
Items can be any kind. Weapons, rings, armours, belts, boots, other kind of funky jewelry.

• Skill points - 1 token per skill point. (50 points per skill max)
  
• Reduced CP Cost (cannot apply to maintenance costs) - 20 tokens per reduced Cp (-3 max)
  
• Extra Cp 5 - 25 tokens (10 Cp max)
  
• Extra Hp  5 - 25 tokens (10 Hp max)
  
• CP Regen +1 - 40 tokens (2 regen max per item)
  
• HP Regen +1 - 40 tokens (2 regen max per item)
  
• Tool Regen +1 - 40 tokens (2 regen max per item, Tool Regen from items only applies to Kunai, Shuriken, and Senbon)
  
• +1d4 damage - 15 tokens
  
• +1d6 damage - 20 tokens
  
• +1d8 damage - 30 tokens  ( this is max for Ninjutsu damage)
  
• +1d10 damage - 40 Tokens
  
• +1 CP Dmg - 40 tokens (Max +2 CP Dmg)
  
• Damage Reduction - 20 per point (max 3 Dr) (DR can never be higher than 13 on a character. This includes activated jutsu, innates, items, max constitution, stances, etc)
  
• DR Piercing - 15 per point (max 3). (DR pierce can never be higher than 6 total)
  
• +1 to *specify* - 25 tokens (+2 max on all items)
  
• No weapon penalties - 20 tokens, 30 for no dual-wield penalties
  
• +1 to durations. (Must pick between ninjutsu, genjutsu, or special. Cannot be universal unless you pay for them seperately.) - 20 tokens
  
• Specials - Dm vote.
  
  

Format:
Item Name:
Item Type: (Weapon, Ring, Sword, Glove, satchel, helmet, boot, earring, etc etc)
Description: (Please give a decent description. The RP must go along with the stats that you're putting on the item. We're a roleplay server first and foremost.)
DF: (What DF effects does the item have?)
NWN Appearance: Specific weapon detail appearance according to toolset.


Tools:
Kunai: 10 Tokens for 3, Max. 12
Shuriken: 10 Tokens for 3, Max. 12
Senbon: 10 Tokens for 3, Max. 12
Ninja Wire: 5 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Explosive Tag: 5 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Caltrops: 5 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Smoke Bomb: 5 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Poison Smoke Bomb: 10 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Wind-Mill Shuriken: 10 Tokens for 1, Max. 3
Chakra Pill: 10 Tokens for 1, Max. 2
Custom tools - Varies a minimum of 5 tokens each
Note: Military ration pills are capped at 2.
