LEARNING

- Learning Jutsu can be performed 1 / day and 4 times / week. Either IG or RP Forums (See RP Forum Rules).

- Learning Jutsu require adequate RP, Rank, Jutsu Focus, Stat, and at times Skill (If Medical) along with 1/2 Original Cp cost per attempt (Pass or Fail). '

Note: You must know half the jutsu of a given rank to learn the next highest.

- Learning Jutsu is rolled as a 1d20 + Respective Stat (+ Learn Bonuses)

Genin: Can learn jutsu up to the B rank.
Chunun: Can learn jutsu up to the A-rank.
Jounin: Can learn jutsu up to the S-rank

E-Rank: Auto Learned based on Accessible Jutsu Focuses
D-Rank Set DCs: 20 --> 16 (Learned State)
C-Rank Set DCs: 24 --> 20 (Learned State)
B-Rank Set DCs: 28 --> 24 (Learned State)
A-Rank Set DCs: 32 --> 28 (Learned State)
S-Rank Set DCs: 36 --> 32 (Learned State)

NOTE: A 1d20 Learning Roll that Crits (20), lowers DC by 2 instead of 1.
 
NOTE: Clan / Bloodline Jutsu of D-Rank or lower are Auto Unlocked

- Learning Jutsu require a Witness (DM or Player).
