"Sealing Techniques"

Fūinjutsu (封印術; Literally meaning "Sealing Techniques") are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object. Fūinjutsu can also be used to unseal objects either from within something or someone.

Fūinjutsu is also a set of written formulas, be it in the air that is shot out, or on parchment that is stored / released, or stamped on a target physically. The basic Rule for Fūinjutsu requires a set of even number variables within an even numbered seal, and odd with odd.

- Takes 1 Ninja Focus
- Barrier Resilience: (“Barrier HP” or HP DMG dealt needed to break Barriers)

- Requires adequate INT Mod to learn Sealing Jutsu (DEX / STR to hit physically)

NOTE: Barriers do not stack. Barriers can get hit. Target(s) inside cannot escape / get hit until barrier breaks or duration ends. (Hit Defined as successfully Attacked)

SEALING: STORAGE EXTENSION

DESCRIPTION: [Hand Seals: Hare > Rat] User stores an item or object of relatively small size within a scroll, which is then later readily accessible.
DF: Self-Buff (Free Action), User can seal their inventory (Items / Weapons / Tools) preventing it from being stolen / disarmed until it is used. (If used prior battle, deduct Cp at the start of battle)

SEALING: COURIER MESSAGE
TYPE: Fuin (INT)

DESCRIPTION: [Hand Seals: Dog > Snake] User channels chakra along a writing utensil, writing a message out that can only be visible for the intended party. The parchment then folds itself into that of an origami critter and makes its way off.
