The Kurayomi Clan are group of Necromancer shinobi who have a profound gift and lust to understand things surrounding the human body, especially after death. They are an oddity and usually untrifled with for the fear of being bewitched or cursed by one of them, and eventually being turned into one of their slaves. They see things through a unique perspective in which Life has no purpose neither is it beautiful - instead it is but an illusion that masks its reality of pain, suffering, and enslavement through the weak human body. It is only through death, that one can truely discover purpose, beauty, and liberation... except for the pour souls that are bound in contract to the Kurayomi. It is because of these dark beliefs that made the members of the Kurayomi clan clash on more than one occasion with the members of the Inka Clan. Where one studies the spirit realm the other tries to master the physical one, a Yin and Yang of each other.

Chill of the Void Jutsu Type: Hijutsu Rank: D Cost: 2 Description: The most primal and basic element of the grave, the dark chill. Every undead holds a part of this, and can draw it forth to pass the unholy dread touch of the void upon their victims. Like a lick of frost the cold of the void is detrimental on contact, and prolonged exposure is ever growing worse. PvP: Hit 1 Target, Summon Dmg + 1d2,+ the target takes 1 bonus dmg from all attacks for one round. [Special] When used on objects it can freeze over and make brittle.
Retribution Jutsu Type: Hijutsu Rank: C Cost: 5 Description: Utilizing the same cold spark of life that animates a creature within the void of the dead a skilled Necromancer can take advantage of the split second the spark is released, and rupture it instead of letting it snuff out. When it is done the spark detonates, releasing a pulse of void chill around it. Enervating Grasp Jutsu Type: Hijutsu Rank: C Cost: 5 Description: Debilitating, and nauseating, the hands of the dead can steal the very vigor and will to live from the living. The longer the touch go on the more terrible their dark power, and the greater the drain. As with all encounters with the dead, the longer the contact, the more terrible the after effects. PvP: For 1d3+1 rounds, all undead apply a -2 Atk / Def [Penalty] for 2 rounds, (Does not stack but does refresh)

At the Masters beckoning they settle into their minions, sharing knowledge and power from the endless well of knowledge. These experiences are utilized by a skilled Lord of the Dead, ever added to the amassed knowledge they posses. Gravepact Jutsu Type: Hijutsu Rank: B Cost: 10 Cp Description: By making a quick and effective pact with the dead, the Master can call a dozen wraiths to his command and direct them to their wills. The spectral wraiths are short lived but potent, and grant many advantages in and out of combat, The terms of the pact tend to favor the Necromancer, for the desperate dead are always willing to cross the veil. Ishkiel is the spirit of a wronged Eagle. A proud and elegant creature in life Ishkiel lived as a symbol of purity in nature. That is until shinobi Hunters from the Land of Water ended the noble avians life in a fit of boredom. In Death Ishkiel clings to a blood thirsty hatred of shinobi. Which makes it all the more interesting why he formed a contract with young Kelion. If asked he will remain silent. For only he will know he secretly admires the young Necromancer for a purity in symbolism he once possessed.

Lydia was a very gloomy and dour young women. A kumo nin that would spend her days talking to Kelion when he was a child. One day Lydia went off to a mission, and never returned. This ended the only bright point in Kelions childhood. Naturally at first chance Kelion looked for her, and he found her. Like a favored blanket he kept her corpse. And when he developed his Dark Arts he resurrected her to be with him always.

Sarah, The Grieving Guide

In life Sarah was a noble from a sprawling Metropolis across the seas. She is reclusive and distant about her days of living, only admitting to being some manner of famous entertainer, yet at all other times she is a strong and outspoken force. She claims to use her lovely voice to guide the newly dead on their way to the afterlife. Having been on the receiving end of that voice in a state of fury Kelion is loathe to agree with her. No matter, Sarah has in her own way taken a liking to Kelion and he to her. Though the two will never quite admit it.

The Children, Younglings of Kumogakure

The Children are perhaps the oddest beings at Kelions call. Unlike the others they found him, Accosted in the streams during one of his excursions. The Children for some reason urged Kelion to form a contract with them. Ranging from four to twelve Kelion did not have the heart to turn down the beings. For in the afterlife the should have scattered, yet they remained bound together, whether by tragedy or choice Kelion knows not and they are not divulging such information. It is quite clear that the younglings are a force to be reckoned with. Powerful in their own right and fickle to boot they are one of Kelions more lively familiars.

Ten was the weapon master of the Darkling Clan. Assigned to protect and serve the heirs from birth they give up their lives, and deaths to complete their tasks. Ten, the latest in the line of the hereditary position is much like Kelion. Methodical, thoughtful and quiet, nevertheless he fights with a razor sharp focus and lethal intellect.
