Hijutsu
Gates is a hijutsu that is an S-rank, however the extent one can open them are based on skill.
Taking Gates costs 1 Slot (3 or 4) and a Focus, it unlocks Gates 1-6 only.
Gates 7-8 are unlocked only by the Lee Bloodline or possibly taking Gates as a Slot 5.
Note: HP Cell dmg: The damage cannot be healed in combat, requires x2 healing, and negates HP regen

NOTE: Activating each Gate Individually is a Free-Action, Activating 2 or More Gates at once takes a Turn. (Combine sum of Hp Cell Activation Cost, IE: 3 Hp Cell x Gate # Activated) Maintenance is normal.
