Creation of the Yakusoku(Promise)

~Being commissioned by Arietta to create this weapon meant that it had to be perfect, this wasn't a weapon for himself, or just another blade. The plans were detailed and well thought out, though, as he looked over them, a light smile took his lips as he had to make certain adjustments to make the weapon a possibility, taking it from paper to reality. Taking each of the various materials blessed by the Inka clan from their box carefully and laying them out, his eyes scanned the various metals, trinkets and the single fox talisman, analyzing each aspect of what the ingots of metal will become and selecting out the proper tools for making this future work of art, a weapon of war, as well.

~Each arm of the bow was easily crafted as a pair of full tang single edged blades. They started out simple, though now came the engravings and carving of the metal to the complex designs wished to be depicted upon the weapon. Setting each of the blades side by side, he took hold of the plans given to him by Arietta, his eyes memorizing a portion of engravings before taking to careful movements with a specialized tool, slowly carving layer after layer of metal away. Hour after hour had passed, the natural light from the high windows in the armory began to fade as the building was now mostly filled by the light of the many torches about and the burning forges spread throughout. His pupils began to dilate as they adjusted to the darkening surroundings, used to the low light of the armory of the later hours he continued in with his detailed and delicate work on the blades in front of himself.

~Finally, each was finished as a blade, now to make them work as one to become a bow that could just as easily shift into the dual blades, should one venture close enough to the princess that will be wielding this bow. Reheating the spare metal he had from forging the blades, he added on a contraption to each pommel, each with their own detailed and intricate locking parts that could allow the bow to break apart into two weapons with the right movement of the hands and wrists, though would avoid budging a single hair in the typical use and movement of firing a bow. After each mechanism was finished, he carefully carved the Hitokachi seal inside of each of them on the bottom of the pommel.

~Finished for the most part, he carefully attached the fox-talisman to one of the blades, effectively completing his asked task. He lifted the two swords up, locking their pommels together and set the bow up on a high shelf to give it an appraising look. His eyes wandered slowly over each of its carved curves and details, inspecting it for any flaws in the slightest, whether it be the smallest scratch that was not fully polished out or a curve that had to sharp an edge. Though, he could not see everything he needed at the moment, he would wait for a much more well lit time to continue, but for now, the weapon would work as intended, though would not be presented until its form and artwork was flawless.
