Job Application: ANBU (Ikari Uchiha)

Lord Raikage, I understand that we are in need of adept shinobi to fight against this new threat. As a Jounin, I can only do so much with how much I am given. However, giving me access to the secrets of the village, as well as taking missions directly from you, I feel that I could possibly fight at my fullest. As a ninjutsuist with this rare affinity, I feel that I could act as an assassin or such, as my techniques are relentless. However, I'm the only shinobi I know with this affinity, which would give me away instantly if others were to see it.
