Perhaps, it was because this was the most nervous moment, that Suzune felt perfectly at ease. it was strange that way, simple things like boys, made her stutter and weak.. But life-changing decisions, and even more complicated life-threatening emergencies just seemed to make her more calm. Those were things, that were meaningful and yet - she would rarely find her self distraught. Sort of a odd turn of things, for a girl whom sometimes fainted when a certain samurai-offspring wore a sexy outfit or flirted too openly.
Its just Dad, after all. At least. That`s what she told herself. Her hand was tightly linked with Tsuzune`s though, regardless. Today, was that day.
Here, in this dream, where they found themselves in what they thought might be the Spirit Realm the Inka spoke of, they thought they could finally come face to face with their father. If it was him. At least, that was the hope. With war looming, many of the puppet-masters were busy, and difficult to find. So, hand in hand the two personas that made Suzune Karaiou who they were, entered the open plateau, trying to be mindful of the flowers and guided by the persistant light that always found them when they entered.
It felt, like hours at least, in their mind. Hours, that they knew in reality were merely seconds. Or perhaps in this conciousness they could, actually feel time flowing correctly and were oversleeping. Finally at peace. And that, was when they saw him. It was funny, how close and how different, Mikoto and him looked.
"Um, excuse me." Suzune's hand reached forward as, Tsuzune spoke to tug at the man's sleeve. Now, they gambled on everything.

Within the spirit realm, it is a world of twilight where the moon serves as the sun and an untainted beauty that is painted across the vast span of this plane that can leave a person lost in its magnificence and vibrancy. A man dressed in an immaculate white robe, peers from the edge of the plateau, with arms tucked in their sleeves behind him. The flowers around him begin to sway about despite no breeze or wind present, it is as if they are singing and dancing in a rhythmic composition that has yet to be heard by Tsuzune, a melody that all of nature appears to be moved by. A soft humming would escape the man’s lips, the tune likely very familiar by the Inka as they chant in their prayers. As Tsuzune steadily makes her way towards the man, and upon reaching him the humming would eventually cease as the melody comes to a close and then a silence would reside around them – until she spoke and offers a gentle tug on his sleeve. A warm familiar voice would resonate from the layers of fabric, that cover this man so intricately as he turns his head to greet Tsuzune.
(The Melody he is humming, Common in Inka Prayers)
“We have been waiting for you… Tsuzune.” He says in a mysterious fashion, as is the customary way of an Inka, to draw mystique and attraction to their persona. “You have grown, and have much of your mother in you.”

Her heart skipped a beat. Suzune, felt it, and in that instant felt that she had to grasp at the opposite sleeve, and let go of Tsuzune`s hand - or was it really her own, to voice her own presence.
"I am here too. I am sorry, if we kept you waiting. I was scared." Admittance to fear came easily from her mouth, something that Suzune never dared do in the reality of her life. Worry, concern.. all things that she could brush away. But fear, fear was always in that instance, when she woke up in that cold blackened room - to a suite that was void of any life. A place made for a family, but left empty by death.
Her mother had even died in one of those rooms. But this was her first time, seeing her father. She couldn't cry now. This was the pinnacle of her hope, one of the goals she was certain she would never achieve. The warmth that was in her heart overfilled everything, she had never felt so..
... So loved.
In this beautiful place, she had family. Family that knew her. Was he appalled? No, he couldn't be. He spoke too kindly with his greeting.
"I.. know that tune. But.. Its different there, but.. Its been a long time hasn't it?"
" The Inka use it in their prayers, right? I've heard it there. But we generally do not go there during that time. We apologise for the wait, Father. But we are both here now. Do we really have much of our Mother in us?" Bolder, and smiling - while Suzune was barely able to bring herself to tug at the sleeve, Tsuzune had more then enough courage to take the man's hand.
