((This post is for Chakra Focus Arms))
"Focus, Arietta..." The young princess said quietly to herself as she looked down at the weights. "Focus..." It'd already been three hours. Part of a medical-shinobi's training is mastering their chakra manipulation. They were known to excel in the subject and with that manipulation, great things can be done with the body. If you can manipulate your chakra, you can manipulate your body. She was practicing a basic method of how to increase your muscle strength by sending small bursts of chakra into your forearms and biceps to lift heavier things, or possibly even hit harder. It was an interesting method, and something that would throw her opponents off. After all, Arietta -did- look extremely frail and lithe. But it was one of the traits she was thankful for, it allowed her opponents to underestimate her. And being underestimated in battle was a useful advantage that she would surely take use of.
Taking in a deep inhale, she tied her hair back with a pony-tail and slid her gloves back on. Her delicate fingers wrapped around the weights and she closed her eyes and she would solely concentrate on the muscles on her arms. Manipulating chakra out from her core and moving it in thin and precise waves into her muscles. Enhancing them, bolstering their capabilities. It wasn't easy, of course but she had the resolve to see task through completely. The chakra sent an electric feeling through her arms, filling them with adrenaline and giving her a slightly above average strength that someone her size probably wouldn't have without the trick. With a loud groan she lifted up one of the weights, held it over her head and tossed it a few feet infront of her. It crashed into the ground with a loud thud, creating a crack into the wooden ground in the training room.
"Uwah! Onii-san is going to have my head if he sees this. We all know how much he loves wood..." She giggled quietly, and looked around the room to make sure no one heard that. Normally, she didn't have the privileged to make such jokes in public. The Inka aren't like other clans with a "Heir" system. No, she had a Kingdom she had to overlook, the Kingdom of the Spirit World. She was a princess, by right and not by name. But it was her brother who was the true leader and would one day be fit for a king. Such jokes like that could have put his reputation in risk...
"Just one more..." She said to herself, picking up the second weight. Yet another groan escaped her as she twirl once to gain some momentum after lifting it and then tossed it forward. The added momentum allowed her to toss it further than the first. But the wooden ground in the practice room took further abuse.
"Ano... Maybe I'm just better off blaming this on Setsuna-dono. Yeah, that sounds good. I mean after all, who would believe that I took the time to train" She snicked and patted her hands off and made her way out of the room with a cheerful hum. Not even bothering to pick up the mess she left behind.
