Training forum

I put this in the actual training thread as well, but if we're going to do it it needs to be acted upon quickly before the training thread gets so massive it becomes self-sustaining.

Create a separate forum for training and each character has their own thread in said forum and whenever they learn something they post it in the characters thread, so we don't have to sift through a massive single training thread to find a single entry.
