The Uchiha clan, or Uchiha family, are amongst the eldest clans of konohagakure no sato. They are known to possess a hidden bloodline known as the Sharingan, or Copying Wheel Eye, that is said to be one of the most feared and unmatched bloodlines of the village and the whole world at that. When the hidden villages did not exist and clans were but nomad groups that lived in war, it is said most of the Uchiha disappeared in a massacre that occurred in a blood thirsty never ending war against the Hateshinai of what today is a clan of Iwagakure no sato, a hidden village in Tsuchi no Kuni.
As of recent events, the heir of the Uchiha royal blood named Saoren seeks to establish a permanent settlement in Kumogakure for the Uchiha and once more flourish to the mighty prestige it once had prior to the massacre.[size=18]

Beginning
When the massacre first occurred throughout the Uchiha and Hateshinai conflict. There were clearly a definitive amount of Uchiha and Hateshinai that did survive the engagement, though not directly outspoken or willing to admit to their lineage for the safety of those in their branched family, but to be able to live comfortably wherever they had fled too.
During the travels of merchants and mercenaries, those who are now the ancestors of Shieo had stashed themselves away into these groups of misfits and cons as they traveled. Eventually they came across Sunagakure no Sato, a place known for wealth, safety and a place most often known to be a place to start a new life. Out of the way and open to outsiders with food, jobs and homage available to those whom work hard enough. Being lest relatively close to the standards, they begun their lives in camps and small shelters that lay scattered around the village, working on odd jobs and making a living through labor work and the occasional one sprouting into the ranks of the Shinobi.

Current
Shieo's ancestors and the current family he resides with were a part of the protection of his family. Though not all carry the traits of the Uchiha, or even live by the name- However as living as an Uchiha is beginning to be a safer thing to stand for. Those who have said Uchiha traits are becoming more prevalent. After working hard enough in the generations in Sunagakure, the family becoming a little bit more familiar have started a small little family amongst the walls. Those who begun to show traits of the Uchiha blood still laying true are often given the name of their almost forgotten name and are often enough placed into the academies to train under the arts of shinobi and kunoichi.
Once Shieo reached the age of nine, he was transferred from an outskirt based camp as he started developing the initial traits, becoming tactile, skilled in finesse and overall showing skill in weaponry. Though raw, unrefined and still needing to be molded into something more, his family titled him from hence he was born under and had him transferred. Throughout the academy life he did mediocre in the arts of Ninjutsu and faltered in the more rigorous training routines where one needs to endure and overcome with both physical power and strength. Throughout the course of the years he had however, developed a skill in kenjutsu and genjutsu, often enough a deadly combination when used properly together, or a muck with the wrong mind and hands. However during the time he attended he grew accustomed to this style, developing it into his own. Creating a talented shinobi in arts that often are perceived odd together.
Upon graduation, Shieo returned to the outskirts of Sunagakure to his camp. Though recognized as a shinobi of the village. He took that and requested to be stationed to where he was familiar with to both develop skills in terrain and an area where he can perform more dangerous arts without the liability of injuring those around him. During the course of his years travelling too and from the village he begun to adapt into carrying information for purposes beyond grocery lists and quicker paths, into what seems to be an extensive memory capable of remembering things beyond what those untrained or living labor guided lives. Utilizing this he started to act as a messenger for the village to nearby towns, camps and the like. Though not permitted beyond the border for the purpose of rank and the dangers that may lie out further, he took this skill and his aptitude for the betterment of himself and those he decides to pair with.

Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 3 Cp + Original Jutsu Cost Description: The Sharingan's first and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 3 Cp + Original Jutsu Cost Description: The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 5 CP + Original Genjutsu Cost Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. Over the course of Shieo's career he progressively showed promise and eventually prodigious talent in the field of genjutsu. Weapons / Items / Other: ---------- Gokuin Seishou 'エネルギーのシール' Seal of Energy - Approved - Purchased Permanent Seal - Item Cost 30 Tokens Description:The Seal of Energy was designed by Shieo, or rather the actuality of what he wanted the seal to perform and act upon. Conceptualized off of the core of any human, the chakra center. He desired to get a form of external energy that can be applied to any external part of his body, or even through the connection of a seal, provide additional assistance when his body is in critical condition.
The seals appearance almost holds a tribal design too it, as it spreads across the body, the ends and spirals that end the seal leave opening, almost to permit further connections if the future calls for it, though with the help of Zero Hateshinai the seal almost comes off as a standard tattoo detailed across his stomach and mid-torso.
The overall effect of the seal allows Shieo to concentrate externally and pre-prepared to create more potent chakra based effects, though as its own seal it does not offer a lot of benefits. It does however allow the expansion of the seal to become something more once Shieo and those around him are capable of expanding upon it. Dice Fight:The seal as a whole is simple, however if the user wishes to have the 'item' expanded upon with other seals connected it is RPly plausible.

Item Name: Gokuin Aikoushahonoo 'ファニング炎のシール' Seal of the Fanning Flame Purchased Item Type: Permanent Seal - Item Cost 80 Tokens Description: From Shieo's younger days he had a comrade put a fuuinjutsu that reacted to his bodies' reactions through chakra signals. This core seal that is located on his stomach allows the expansion of its' power through additional seals, always leaving an end to improve the overall functionality of its previous seal. This goes the same with the Gokuin Aikoushahonoo, the overall structure is to allow chakra to follow the flow of the seal both externally and internally. The reasoning is simple enough, to release some stress amongst the rest of the complex system of natural chakra paths in order to allow him to focus on battle and allow what he knows rather than instinct to create a quicker method of chakra usage.
The seal itself is located on his upper back the center being an Uchiha Fan to symbolize his families' extraordinary chakra levels and expansion, as well as being on the spine and connected through a chain with the fuuinjutsu and his body this allows him to direct the purest of his chakra all around his body. The remainder of the seal is spiraling and stretched across his body in a tribal and fuuinjutsu pattern that connects to the core seal across his ribs.
Though capable alone to create the seal, Shieo was never truly capable of sealing it on himself as not only would the placement be imperfect, but the overall structural integrity would be at a loss due to the chakra having the possibility of melding in with his own leaving no lasting effect. In order to counter act this possible flaw, Shieo spent a month and a half on his down-time in order to create a script that will allow a single person to utilize the fuuinjutsu on his back. Creating the paths to mimic his body the shape, length and overall form to match his own on paper. Upon the completion there was only truly one person left alive that he could trust to do the seal properly and not leave something reminiscent to use on him in the future, proceeding to go to his fiance he instructed her in the skills of Fuuinjutsu, in order to match the complexity of the technique. Luckily due to her nack of learning, and teaching being one of the Academy instructors Taiga learned quick enough to have her skill equivalent to what is required. Upon the time of action Shieo had furnished a room with the proper tools and medical products that if the technique had failed, would have a way of repairing the majority of the damage done. The seals being etched underneath him as he sat there listening carefully as Taiga chanted the quiet messages and the sound of the patting of her hand going through the seals he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, shortly after a cold palm placed on the upper half of his back. A surge of chakra flowing through his body, her own chakra touching with his as they co-operated in order to form the bond between the two, however not dominate or destroy the other. The feeling of paths opening almost acting like a fresh drink of ice water after a day in the desert running. His eyes opening in a sparkle and his mouth sprawling to a smile. Proceeding to look down at his chest and stomach to watch the blackened seals etch across his body and connect to the core seal. Enmu-Karasu Type: Genjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 Description: This technique is used while being attacked, during the time of an attack Shieo is aware that any being is more focused on striking the foe and ensuring it hits than defending, let alone defending their mind- During a small window of every attack it allows Shieo to send signals into the mind of the attacker to sway their strike off the mark enough to allow Shieo to 'fade' away into ravens. Risutoa Type: Genjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8 Description: Designing this technique Shieo wished to mold it around the idea that he can completely alleviate ailments or at least have someone forget or not feel these ailments for some time. He does this by sending a wave of chakra that has the imbuement to relieve of stress and pain, this is directed to the frontal lobes and parietal lobes of the target. By doing this once affected he can cast the illusion of the world around them being exactly as is, as well as leaving enough motor control to react, but allows him to consistently ease any pain or ailments current affecting the mind and body of the target for some time. DF Effect: First Round alleviates any Neural stuns or negative effects (Up to B Rank); for the next 1d4 rounds any physical ailments are halved in potency (This does not affect the duration).
Piercing Eyes Type: Genjutsu - Supplementary Rank: A Chakra Cost: 15 cp +2 cp maintenance Description: Unlike a lot of Shieo's techniques, this one is designed to support himself instead of demolish the minds of his foes. By providing his eyes with a significant amount of chakra it allows him to see slower, see weak points and pin-point moments where his foes are most susceptible to genjutsu. By doing this his ability to conjure and send the illusions comes second nature as quick as avoiding a strike. DF Effect: For 1d6 (Min. 3 Rounds); Shieo gains +3 to Intelligence rolls, +2 to Genjutsu Resilance and is capable of countering with Genjutsu without losing his following turn (A-Rank and under Only)
Annilhate the Meek Type: Genjutsu Rank: A Chakra Cost: 13 Description: Building on the sheer cruelty of Mind Devasation, Shieo has put himself towards creating something increasingly more potent to inflict on his foes. By doing this it allows him to force them even deeper, an equivalent of a coma; though temporary the sheer mental acceptance is at a high of 100% allowing Shieo to do as he pleases in any form, conjuring any illusion, revisiting any memory and inflicting -any- measure of pain. Though this does not necessarily increase the power, it simply oozes out in excess. This is for my own personal reference, all this is information Shieo has gathered IC; hence the reason for reference in some cases. This information is only accessible to Shieo.
Junsei Hojo

Brief Information: Junsei being a typical Hojo tends to hold his pride in his appearance, dressing snappy and keeping his demeanor calm and as collected as he can. However through some observation he can temper slightly which is often reflected in his combative engagements, through the adrenaline and focus he utilizes it in disabling and handicapping techniques likely through the Hojo arsenal that he has access too. Often disputes my sight on life and actions towards others, however appears to hold true to our shake on a mutual friendly-relationship. We shall see where this goes. Skill Set: Focuses primarily on Ninjutsu, shows some skill growth in Taijutsu however does not often show it. Utilizes disabling and stunning techniques towards single opponents. Known Techniques/Abilities:
Kokkoro Torride - Unsure of the extent of his family eyes, however with testing in the future I may be able to expand on this universal information on the Hojo.
- Uses Light/Heated based Ninjutsu
- Mandrola Phase - Appears to be his most common method of avoiding direct impact- Aside from just running face first into it. It allows him to shift his body through attacks, or lest shift the light around his person as a way to avoid any incoming strikes (Hypothesis, must expand knowledge on this, keep in mind when near him)
- Ball of Light Jutsu - Seems to be a fairly generic ninjutsu, allowing him to concentrate his chakra into a ball of light that can be used without direct contact for optimum range, often leaves burn marks and seems quite accurate.
- Surrounding Lights Shackles - This is by far his most used, or favored technique. Creating typical jail shackles he attempts to latch them on the limbs of his opponent to hold them in place all while burning them with the seering light-heat based chakra. Though unsure as to how he can conjure them, will require further inspection. Hopefully not on myself.
- Purisumusoodo - Though the name or overall effect of this technique phases me, I just experienced that it creates mirrors that surround the target, before he was capable of finishing this technique I had stricken him out of concentration, will need to examine further-- Again hopefully not on myself.
- Flickering Slash - Either he managed to mimic my movements and general chakra layout for the technique or had learned it from our previous fight. All I know is I remain superior in the action of it, and he's yet to actually land this kenjutsu on me.
Brief Information: From the brief encounter between the two of us. He either masks his sorrow from being toilet dunked by being overly polite. Or he is genuinely unaffected by the madness of the world around him. Beyond that I know he's a blonde haired kid named Zero, which is a strange name. Beyond that he likes white a lot.
- Upon accepting a coffee with him, he revealed he was a Hateshinai. Similar to my spread family he ended up in Sunagakure. Coincidence maybe, but beyond that all I know is I slightly befriended a family enemy. This should be interesting. Skill Set: Unsure, yet to witness any combat or practicing from him. Known Techniques/Abilities:
- Only the basic information and rumors that Hateshinai are capable of
- I have witnessed his ability to seal things in his body.
