A Village Bingo Book is a black-listing of Shinobi that have gone rogue within their village or promises a considerable threat to their respective village. Each Village has their own Bingo Book, as do the Missing Ninja who work among the criminal underworld, namely the Black-Market where all Shinobi have a price on their head. Specialists who hunt criminal Shinobi are regarded as "Hunter-Ninja" and seek to eradicate all existence of their target, leaving no evidence behind.

Missing Nin Bounty Rewards: (Hunter Nin Job: gain + 2 Extra Tokens)
D-Rank: 1 Tokens
C-Rank: 2 Tokens
B-Rank: 3 Tokens
A-Rank: 4 Tokens
S-Rank+: 5 Tokens

- Bounty is gained upon Missing nin Capture, to the Captors.
- NO PERMA UNLESS DM IS PRESENT OR ON VILLAGE GROUNDS
- All Encounters must be recorded (Screenie acceptable or Log with witnesses, Posted Here)
- Cannot collect reward more than 1 / week.
