Quote :: Sunagakure (砂隠れの里, Sunagakure no Sato; Literally meaning Village Hidden by Sand) is the hidden village of the Land of Wind. As one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Sunagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Kazekage, who resides in a spherical structure in the center of the village. There have been five Kazekage. The Puppet Technique, and from their performance in the Fourth Shinobi World War, the Cloth Binding Technique also seem to be common techniques of theirs. Shinobi from this village believe that the accomplishment of a mission predominates the lives of the ninja trying to accomplish it. As such, they are known to be ruthless in battle meaning to them, failure is not an option. Should failure seem inevitable, a Suna shinobi would almost surely try to make a success of their mission in some way or another.

The standard attire of this village consists of blue uniforms underneath green flak jackets. These are both depicted as shades of brown in the anime. They also tend to wrap their heads with turbans and their legs with bandages. The first passage to travel into the valley is in a cleft between two cliff faces which provides a natural defence for the village making the area very hard to attack. The buildings also seem to be made of clay or stucco which would help to keep the buildings cool and allow them to also withstand the raging sand storms which are common in the area.

Name: Kaburagi Inka

Description: Known as one of the two great tacticians of Sunagakure. Kaburagai is a perfectionist in every manner and has been known to excel in every subject since he was in the academy. Wise, graceful, socially adept, and a fierce fighter, Kaburagi was a flying star since birth. But above all else, he's extremely secretive. He's been known to wear a face-mask and a cowl. No one really knows the reason behind this. Some say it's because he wishes to have the ANBU effect, not allowing people to really know his identity. But some say he's hiding something else. Born and raised as a second branch member of the Inka Clan has allowed him to use their spiritual techniques, but also made him take the scholar route. Though unlike the majority of second branchers, he stands out with beautiful locks of blonde hair and golden eyes, but at the age of 13 he started hiding his face. He hasn't allowed this century of peace between the villages dull him having mastered the art of war through history and several books about strategy.

Description: Having been born and raised among the studious and and strict Karaiou Clan. Mizhou has become a proper and wise young woman. Known as one of the two great tacticians of Sunagakure. She acts as the Kazekage's right hand and is even rumored to be in love with him since their time in the academy. She has trained hard to remain at his side since then, and it shows in her work. Mizhou is an extremely strict woman and doesn't take laziness. She watches over Sunagakure with a falcons eye, and punishes those who dare break her rules with a extremely tight fist. Mizhou and Kaburagi have been known to use their natural advantage of being in the desert against their attacks. Attacking pitch-black desert nights, sand-storms, and causing havoc and confusion with her traps before they can even reach their gates.
