Everything hurt when he woke up, absolutely ever single cell in his body screamed out in agony as he slowly opened his eyes and looked upon his surrounding, it was dark. His dry eyes could not make out any distinct shapes but something was moving in the edge of his field of view. The ability to hear suddenly came back to him, he could her moaning and shuffling of heavy feet and suddenly he tumbled trough the air before hitting the cold damp floor.
“I’m never going to drink again…” muttered Kaizoku as he rubbed his head and gave the finger to the pub owner who had abruptly pushed him of his perch on the mantelpiece of the place. “Yea like that is going to be a promise you hold beyond your next paycheck.” said the pub owner Jari, a remark that sparked endless mirth from the other members of Kaizokus circle of drinking buddies these grim days that was strewn all across the not so neat floor of the pub, before whipping some grime of Kaizokus sleeping spot. “With friends like these who needs enemies?” semarked Kaizoku dryly as he pushed himself of the floor and headed for the nearest exit, shielding his eyes from the accursed celestial body called the sun.
After finally having eliminated the terrible migraine caused by the oversized light bulb in the sky Kaizoku finally got around to reading the list of things he was supposed to do before the week was up, even a Genin from a destroyed village had to make a living, in Kaizokus case this mostly meant posting his availability on doing odd jobs on the various billboards around the Cloud Village, not like the Raikage would let a bunch of refugees cut into his villages profit even if it was war. The various jobs he had picked up this morning was few. And the only one that actually stood out one bit was picking up a package and delivering it. “I should have gone to Iwagakure… At least I could have had the chance to mooch of any family there.” as he said these words he would remind himself not to get involved in his Hateshinai heritage too much, since the Uchiha was very numerous in the Cloud Village, and any good shinobi keeps his abilities hidden until they can do the most damage. “Ahh well… Better get going.”
