| - Spoiler:
"Dear Hokage,
I cannot wait around for you to mount a rescue for masaru-kun. He means to much to me and sunagakure. I have taken maps that shows the layout of the land of fire, and will be leaving. I apologize for not seeing you face-to-face first, but he cannot wait. I will not be coming back to the village without him, I'm sorry. The route I'm taking is secret, and I will reveal no more information on my movements. It'll be hard enough for me to slip into covenant lands far enough for me to find him, without others knowing my actions.
Untill I return, I am no longer a konoha shinobi. If you can forgive my actions once I return, then i will take back up the headband, but his safety comes first. Thank you for taking the chance on me, and once more sorry for letting you down.
-Boushi Kurayomi."
The above letter would find it's way to the Hokages desk along with Boushi's headband, a series of messengers having been paid to deliver it after Boushi left. Boushi standing outside the gates to sunagakure, looking out over the land. His best friend was out there somewhere, needing him and he would not wait in safety and comfort while Masaru-kun was in trouble. Leaving his life behind is hard, but abandoning masa would be even harder. One foot in front of the other, he sets off. | |
