NPC - Jiatsu Shuga

Clan secrets are heavily guarded; made tight against prying eyes that would plagiarize and steal the power they possess. However, sometimes there are lapses of judgement; trust that is misplaced and weak points of protection that allow these secrets to drip down to however seeks them. Jiatsu is one of the lucky few who have managed to get blood from the stone in this regard. A missing nin, wanted by both Konohagakure and Kumogakure for murder, theft of Dojutsu and desertion. she has not made friends in her gathering of these secrets.

The Bingo book on her tells of how she betrayed both her team-mates during a chuunin exam to take her hyuuga team mate's Eyes. This is after years of manipulating and pushing that same team-mate into giving her secrets of the Hyuuga's style of martial arts. it must be noted at this point that she has -not- implemented the Byakugan into herself as of present. The Bingo book further describes her defection to Kumogakure, where she was adopted by them; using a long standing favour that a high-ranking officer there had to the Shuga family.

Jiatsu did not learn her lesson in Kumogakure and quickly got to work squeezing secrets from a vulnerable Yotsuki clan member and thus added their speed increasing training to her list of stole secrets. Her guile was just enough not to be discovered until she had attempted to steal scrolls from the Yotsuki's compound. After this incident, she went rogue and off the radar, just deserting the village that had taken her in. It is in obscuring she now resides, seemingly still attempting to steal secrets even whilst working as a low-profile mercenary for whomever will pay her.

The Bingo book explains that little is known of what this missing ninja has done with the stolen secrets she has acquired. However, what -is- known is that she possessed a rare talent for the only techniques she did not steal; "Haiton" or "Ash Affinity" that is notoriously hard to defend against but said to be weaker in effect compared to other affinities. However, due to her lack of experience and unfamiliarity with the secrets that she has stolen, she is not a credible threat to Ninja of Chuunin or Jounin rank and thus is low priority to recover until evidence is found that she is spreading the secrets she has acquired.
