| - Letter Posted in every Village, and town controlled by the alliance or covenant publicly:
To those unhappy with the current Status Quo.
To those who seek change in a static world.
To those who believe as I do in a world without strife.
Know this, The time for change has arrived. The Sa'Kage has returned to this world and will bring down the false lords. The time of false shinobi ruling over those with true power is coming to an end. You now have a choice, to stand with those who would destroy the world in order to maintain there own power. Those who would steal from you, take away what you have worked so hard to gain. Or, you can stand with the true lord. The true power, the Sa'Kage, as he erradicates the vermin that have built themselves a nest in your midst. He will once more put the power back into the hands of those who deserve it, rather than those who abuse there god given talents to steal it. Flock to him, you lost shadows. Flock to him and he shall restore to you which was taken. No more worry about when your crops will be seized to feed an army loyal to a being you've never even seen. No more worry about your children dying fighting for a cause that doesn't impact you. The Alliance and The Covenant have both abused you, used you to fuel there vendetta. Don't allow them to continue, fight back. Make them realize you are not just fodder for there cruelty. Take back from them what all they have taken from you.
Leave there lands, leave the battlefields that they have created of your homes and flock to Yomigakure, and the surrounding lands. This will be hard for you fathers, mothers, brothers and sister, leaving lands that you have stayed on for generations. However you must, not for yourselves but for the future generations. Can you rightfully stay in a land where your children, and there children, will be slaughtered to fuel wars that benefit no one? Will you allow your hard earned treasure, the power you've managed to eek out in this life to be taken because some village deems you a threat despite not having done anything against them? Now is the time for vengeance. Now is the time to Rise up. Now is the time to show the Shinobi and there allies, and the covenant and theirs that you are not to be taken for granted.
Fear not the shadows on the road my flock. Fear not the guardians in the night that shall watch over you as you make your way here. They are my allies, they are those who shall ensure that your children need not die senselessly. They are the ones who shall give you the power that you deserve over your own life.
Now my children, rise up and come. Come find your true self in the embrace of the shadows.

Join my army. We shall grow in power, we shall destroy those who would hurt my flock. You will be paid and rewarded for such services obviously, far greater than any other could grant you. I have gathered more resources than any other in this world and it is time that you have received it. Guide my flock to there final destination and you shall be rewarded beyond human comprehension.
I will not lie to you, this will be a war against the covenant and the Alliance. They have abandoned you, made outcasts of you. It is time for vengeance for many of you. It is time to purge the earth of hatreds, to rid this world of the vermin who have taken from you. Rise up and join me. Kill all who would stand in our way, and in the end the world shall be delivered into your hands.
You shall know what you must do when the time comes, until the call come's live your lifes as normal. When the time comes, you shall be the guardians of my flock on there way to Yumigakure. Know that you will be doing more to further both the world and your own selves than you could in any other fashion.

- Letter To the Leaders of THe Alliance and Covenant:
To those who would chain the Shadows, Who would lord themselves over my flock,
You will be Destroyed. Your armies will be broken. And your villages cast down into the darkness. You will be assimilated into my flock, and your power will be spread out equally throughout the shadows. This is my will and it is going to happen. Have a good day.
If you wish to avoid the destruction of the others, simply disband your alliances. Stop this needless war, and open your gates to my flock. Give up your power and follow me. Join my flock and you shall be rewarded more than any other, for you will have sacrificed more than any other person in the flock. I reward my flock, not punish.

After the three above letters were posted and sent, rumors started abounding about an army gathering. A child sized void of shadows having met with various groups of missing ninja and bandits, gaining there loyalty in exchange for various favors. This shadow is always spoken of favorably, somehow in the end he manages to win over whoever he is speaking to. Whether through bribery, tutolage, or promises of vengeance, the Sa'Kage's following is slowly growing. Rumors abound about who is in the shadows, but so far no ones spotted him without him wishing it to. One thing is for certain though. . . There is someone out there working towards the downfall of the covenant and the alliance. | |

| *Conall would find and read one of these letter's in Kumo out of curiosity and upon finishing he would speak* Sa'Kage huh? Never heard of him. He sounds so full of himself... *he would then crumple of the letter and throw it in the nearest trash can he can find* | |
