Subject: Konohagakure, the Bandit Village! Mon Oct 07, 2013 6:58 pm
I am happy to announce, effectively immediately, the Hidden Leaf Village (Konohagakure) is now officially a Bandit/Mercenary Village where such NPC's can be found, as well as Missing Nin (which incidentally gives Player Missing Nin a place to actively RP.)
Please include this in your history for Konohagakure for the contest. (Remember, it was destroyed by the Covenant originally during the war.)
